Part 4

"Need some help??" Dev asked while walking beside Radhika who was holding a big heavy pot of water.

She looked sideways, but then straightened her gaze, ignoring him completely. He didn't stop but kept walking along her, she looked around and noticed everyone's eyes on them. She paced little bit fast but his long strides made it possible for him to walk beside her.

She stopped and gave him a long angry stare then spoke "stop following me, why are you following me?? What do you want from me??"

"I told you before and will tell you now, I want to befriend you!!"

"I don't need a friend nor will I get one!!" She said furiously and started pacing.

He walked with her and said "everyone needs a friend and you do also!!"

"Everyone does but I'm not included in them!!"

"What makes you think that??"

"could you just leave me alone!!"

"Not until you befriend me!!"

"Okey, fine I befriend you, now go to hell!!"

"Now that's not the proper way, mysty!!"

She stopped and looked at him then said "Mysty??My name is not Mysty!! I got another name!!"

"which is??"

She start to tell her name but stopped "I choose not to tell you!!"

"Then I'll call you mysty, short for mysterious!!"

She gave him a look then rolled her eyes and mumbled "whatever!!"

"you said something??"

"yeah, I want you to get the hell away from me.." she said and start walking.

"Mysty!!" He called, she turned.

"nothing I just wanted to check if you would respond when I call you in this name!!"

She shaked her head and walked ahead while Dev kept looking at her going with a smile on his face.

"So, she agreed???" Birju asked while pouring coffee for Dev and himself.

"She had to, I gave her no choice, it's me she's dealing with..Despite of the fact that she didn't want to befriend me, she did it so she could get rid of me!!"

"I don't get why she doesn't want to befriend, why she would get angry when you are always kind with her, she should be grateful that someone cares for her!!"

"Exactly that's the point which confuses me too..from day one I've been kind with her but she always get angry, maybe she has reasons for that!!"

"Maybe!! So how's your investigation going on??"

"well, I didn't get much only that she just came here alone, during her initial days, there were people who liked her a lot but after that incident they turned against her, now everyone despise her..poor her, I don't think it's her fault.."

"yeah it wasn't her fault, she said she had warned those guys, they didn't listen..your father didn't gave her punishment because she didn't showed her face, it was they who saw her face secretly..she didn't know they got to see her face...she can't be blamed for the crime she didn't even commit but we can't even blame the villagers, you know they are afraid that something might happen to them if she's around.. "

"I know, but I also know that she's kind and innocent, once I've proved that, villagers will never accuse her!!"

"I hope that!! But don't forget your promise!!"

"I know, I would never ever get into situation which is dangerous!!"

"she can't just go from one place to another, she had to stay somewhere!!"

"that evil witch is very cunning, when she can escape from master, she could escape from us..we have to be very careful.."

"she is like her mother, her mother have escaped master too but got caught, master would never leave her mother because he loved her, her mother was his weakness, that's why Radhika was able to live but once her mother died, she escaped and escaped for good, she knew he would kill her, he was only tolerating her because of her mother!!"

"Sometimes I feel sorry for Radhika, she had the worst childhood, Master hated her a lot he was harsh with her, though he never raised a hand on her because he knew if he did that, her mother would get angry at him..that's why he hated her now he wants to kill her..i can't bel.."

"could you just stop wasting time and start making a plan on how we are going to kill her if ever we found her.."

"yeah, yeah..i'm doing that!!" he said.

"Hey, mysty!!" Dev said while approaching her.

"hey, Dev..how are you??" Radhika said chirpily.

Dev gave her a long look before asking "are you okey??"

"Ofcourse I am, why what happen??"

"It's because you are not...I mean, I mean you are being polite to me.."

She laughed; he noticed her eyes were dancing with happiness. Dev still looked at her confusingly, he couldn't see anything from her face except her eyes, he couldn't figure out her expressions.

"I'm just too happy today that I have no mood to fight!!"

"Why are you happy today??"

"Of course I won't tell you!! Since you are my only friend..Would..would you want to celebrate with me?? " She asked.

Dev beamed with joy as it was the first time she asked something from him, that too in a nice way.

He smiled and said "Of course, I would love to..how can I say no to you.."

"Let's go!!A treat from me to you!!"

"Let's go!!"

My god !! What our mysty has planned for dev ?? Is it going to be sthing scary to get rid of him ??Careful dev !! How easily he said yes .I mean I knew he will not say no but at least doubtful .He is feeling joyous .Am waiting to see his face while returning .

Dev's Mysty is pretty mysterious. Loved the way Dev tried to be friends with Radhika,but somehow I feel there's something fishy about Radhika asking dev to celebrate with her.Hold on Dev.Don't be so happy.Waiting for the Mysty's mystery to unfold.

Again I would say that ur FF is so damn interesting.
