Wow! Your SS is very engrossing. I guess there's link between Radhika and Dev's mom or maybe she knows something about his mom's muderers. Waiting for the next update.

Part 3

Dev looked at her quizzically, but still answered her question.

"I'm Dev, Dev Purohit, son of Sooraj Purohit, the reason why I am talking to you because I want to befriend you!!"

He saw her getting relax, he saw the changes in emotions from fury to complete relief. After many moments of her staring at him, as if reading him completely she asked.

"Aren't you afraid of me?? Why don't you believe him, I mean this Birju??"

"I don't need to be afraid of you because I know you mean no harm to anyone!!"

"How do you know??"

"I can see it in your eyes, the eyes which I adore a lot, they speak the truth of your innocence.."

It has been long enough, since she had heard something good for herself. Ever since her mother had died, she had no one who spoke softly with her, except her savior, Raj.

Suddenly she remembered, she shouldn't trust anyone, she have no time for falling for this handsome man and his sweet talks. It is bad enough, she is fascinated by his looks and if he trapped her with his sweet talks, god knows what she would do. She don't even know who he really was, and if he is saying the truth about himself. She finds him familiar, but couldn't get to remember where she had seen him, what if he is one of them, she shouldn't trust him. He felt her soft gaze fading, how easily her eyes spoke of her emotions.

She pulled her hand from his hold and angrily replied "Don't be fooled by my eyes, these eyes have seen so much!!" and she went away.

"What does she mean by that?? One day I will know you're mystery and would complete my painting of your eyes!!" he mumbled at smiled at the thought.

She looked at her reflection, particularly at her eyes.

"I can see it in your eyes, the eyes which I adore a lot, they speak the truth of your innocence.."

She smiled remembering his sweet words.

"Radhika, you should not trust anyone easily!! The world outside is cruel, don't let them play with your innocence!! You can hardly find someone who could love you for who you are and won't take advantage of you!!"

Those words played in her mind, reminding her of the tormented days she have been feeling before and till now. Tears welled in her eyes, how she can forget, if she started loving someone or someone fell in love with her, he/she would be in danger, worst, he/she would die.

"But we searched everywhere, she just isn't seen anywhere!!"

"Then double search every area, we don't have much time, our time is getting short, if we didn't find her in time, she will bring evil to us, and you people know that!! Our whole clan is dependent on her!! Her death is our only survival!!"

"we are trying our best, we will double search every area, we would even start searching in the nearby villages!! We would kill her right away!!"

"Kill her and that man, now go and don't come back without the news of her death and it must be before time!!"

"Yes, master..we would kill her before time!!"

They left the room abruptly without further infuriating their master.

"Where could that man hide her?? Soon, I would find you little vicious witch!! Just like your mother, you are bound to die, I was fool enough to let her protect you and now after her death you are being protected by this man I've never known!! You have lived long enough, Radhika!! Now you will die and break the curse which is haunting me for long!! There's no escape this time!!"

"I don't know Master Dev, the only thing I know is they were never seen after that day!!"

"how did it happen anyway??"

"All I know is that they came shortly after her!! They were two, living in the place I gave them!! they asked about her, asking who she was, I told them to stay away from her but they insisted on going to her place!! She also asked them to stay from her but they never did, that one night when they got to see her face, they described it to me, they say it was so beautiful, she was like an angel, then when I woke up in the morning, they were gone, I searched everywhere, they were never been seen after that!!"

Dev got lost in his thoughts, thinking how could this happen. They got to see her face, and it was beautiful, he was right about her face.

"They didn't belong to this village, do they??"

"That's what I know Master Dev!!"

"Thank you, you can go now!!"

"Okey, Master Dev"

"You aren't trying to investigate about that girl, are you??" Birju said when the man left the area.

"You have any doubts??"

"I'm warning you Dev, don't get into this mess!! Let the things be the way they are!! Don't forget you promised your father!!"

"What gave you the idea that I promised my father?? I just said I won't make any contact or go near her but I never promised Dad!!"

"You don't understand Dev!! Why are you so hell bent on knowing the mystery of that girl?? Why can't you ignore her like you do with other girls!!"

"She is different girl and she infuriates me!! And didn't you hear she is beautiful, I was right about her!!"

"And didn't you heard, that those two guys have vanished that night and never be seen!!"

"Come on Birju!! you have to help me!!"

"I'm not getting into this mess nor will I let you!! I will tell Master Sooraj about this!!"

"Dare say a word or our friendship is over!! You know I would be careful, I will not look into her face but let me investigate about her, if I didn't find anything I would stop..please??"

"Okey, I will listen to you just once!!"

"Oh thank you Birju!!"

"I'm still warning you to back off, you can be in danger!!"

"thanks for your warning, I would be extra careful!!"

Hi guys, here is my next update..sorry to tell you that it would be my last update for this month..i would give an update after 3 weeks because i have something really important to do..I hope you'll understand till then enjoy this update..i would probably try my best to update but if not it would be after 3 weeks..Luv u all n take care..😃😃
