This next VM was finished yesterday as I started making it couple of days ago to divert my mind. I haven't been in a mood to make any new VMs. These last few days I was only consumed with news of that courageous girl "Damini" (name given by protesters). Even though I tried to make one couple of days ago, I gave up pretty soon because I couldn't concentrate. But once the news of her death came out yesterday night, I decided to finish it because I wanted to create something to divert my mind of all the ugliness that is prevalent today in the world.

This VM is made on CB1 episodes and is based on the song "Pyar Diwana hota hai" from the movie "Kati Patang". I have titled it "Fly Away" as it represents a world where there is beauty, love and freedom.

This title came to my mind because I prefer to think that "Damini" has finally flown away to a place where there is beauty and freedom. Rest in Peace - Courageous Damini.

Initially, I thought of a title "Birds of Passage" by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. This poem is about birds who migrate. Few lines of the poem are:

This is the cry
Of souls, that high
On toiling, beating pinions, fly,

Seeking a warmer clime.

But then I decided to use the title from a song by Lenny Kravitz; lyrics of the song are as follows.

Its terrible what happened to Damini .May God grant her heaven and may her soul rest in peace ..(ameen) ...The world is getting corrupt day by day , May God guide us all to the straight path ..
I just hope that people don't forget this time the way everything is forgotten after few days. Hopefully, there would be change in the society and we can have change in leadership too.

I caught up with few of your Vm's..There all amazing as usual! 👏Loved watching the Vms on CB1 ,
The one Sanson from Hum tum ..Saiyaan from Heroine , Bebasi , Yeh haseen vadiyaan are my all time fav!! Yeh sama hai pyar ka ..was soo sweet , it was one of the best tracks of CB , when Radhika was opening up towards Dev and blossoming in his love . The whole track was well written and everyone stayed true to their characters !! And Pyar deewana hota hai was soo cute , loved the scene in the beginning with Dev eating the salted halwa and Radhika's cute expressions ...

Yamuna, thanks. I too really liked that track because the characterization of Radhika and Dev was so consistent and they paid a lot of attention to emotions of characters.

All the scenes went nicely with the song , but after watching the end scene of Radev's wedding I just wished they made another twist instead of burning RAdhika ..They were lacking of creativity on that part , they had so many other options for a twist They made the whole wedding track so beautifully but then had to bring in the fire .I agree. There were so many things they could have done. They could have shown that Radhika saved Vishaka and Dev saved her as he did many times. Then they could have shown eventual exposure of Amma's cruelty and Shastriji disowning her. There was no need to show Radhika's burning, but they went for short-term ratings gain and ruined the show.

Angie loved the song and the suhaag raat scene when Radhika had wounds on her body and Dev dresses her wounds and removes her jewellery (his fav romantic gesture always with Radhika) beautifully dresses her up in flower jewellery so that she feels beautifully dressed up for her Dev on the most important 1st night of her life her with Dev as husband.That was a very touching track though with lot of bad tracks then also but this scene always stays in my mind
