Liked the first half of the episode very much ... the cvs should stick to simple human emotions, rather than go to ott drama - the second half of the episode resembled a bad BW movie from the 70's 😛 ... and was poorly acted to boot.
First half was really nice ... the feelings any normal decent human being goes through when he realises that even unwittingly, he has caused the death of another human being. The sheer overwhelming guilt, added to it the shame of bringing infamy to his whole family because of one unthinking act was very well portrayed by Anuj ... Chhanchhan understanding what he's going through, and trying her best to console him ... the paucity of words, the exchanged looks, the quiet reassuring nods, the simple touches ... the last bedroom scene was beautifully done ... especially when Manav sleeps in Chhanchhan's lap, and she also sleeps in the same position ...

Also liked the way the entire family rallies around ... no one wants to eat, all are disturbed and upset ... yet all pulling together ... RanSan are completely converted, not sure about Manthan yet ... Good that CC finally told the entire family about Rupali, and everyone rallied to support Manav.

Mahila Mandal scene was unnecessary and avoidable ... except that it brought home to Manav how his one unthinking act has brought so much trouble to the family ... wish this message would reach out more. Road traffic accidents happen because of a split second of inattention or carelessness, and can have lifelong consequences. 😕

Cv's kept Manav's character intact ... the anger that he often cannot control ... when he lashes out at the journalists ...

Rupali, after giving a decent performance in the Rupali-CC scene yesterday, was bad today ... the broker-Rupali- broker wife scenes were badly written and acted.

The CC- broker wife scene was very badly written ... how CC realises that Harish drank and her plea to the wife to admit to that ... CC retained her naivety here ... accepted too easily that broker's wife would actually agree to forgive Manav.

The last BS family scene was not as well acted as the earlier ones ... seemed that both Anuj and San were not there ... it was their BD's ... that makes a difference to the scene.

Precap - wasn't surprised that broker's wife went back on her word, of course ... so will Manav go back to jail? But CC sees the wife's mangalsutra ... so more inbheshtigaions ahead 😛

Loved the ChhanMan scenes today ... cv's took them slowly and they were very good. More unspoken than spoken ... both Sanaya and Anuj were excellent ... great to watch.

As always, CC first depends on the good nature of others, then realises that everyone doesn't work that way, so she goes back to using brain power. She will realise something is fishy if the woman is wearing her ms, and will investigate further. Till now they were just feeling genuinely bad about the guy's death and trying to sort that part out, as well as ask for Manav's release.

When she gave the money to the woman, I was groaning ...'no, don't do that!' 😆

And when Manav realises that he is not guilty of causing the death of the broker, that will be a load off his shoulders ... and he will be in a position to think straight ... right now, he is genuinely upset about that more than anything else.

Diya...thank you for holding on till the end and giving your takes on below par episodes 👏

Have nothing to add to what you have said. The only thing worth mentioning about the episode were the ChanMan scenes...beautiful silent communication..well done by both the actors.

Capri, I will continue till the end, as much as I can ... as the show draws to an end, it seems even the cv's have given up, the episodes are more and more lacklustre ... just Anuj and Sanaya holding it together, mainly Sanaya, as Anuj's BD is very obvious in most family scenes. Quite understandable ... his movie just released ... am so glad we don't have BDs in the ChhanMan scenes, that's all.

I am more interested in discussion Sanaya's future show now ... shall we start a new thread on that? 😛

Lovely take.
I completely agree with you, the first half was really good, but the second half could have been much better.
The only good scene in today's episode was the ChanMan scene in their bedroom. It was nice to see how much CC was supporting and taking care of Manav.
Feel really bad to say this but I'm glad this show is ending. The last few episodes have been quite bad, maybe because its nearing closure. I hope Sanaya can move onto better things now.

What I liked most in today's episode was definitely the ChanMan scene, I enjoy seeing the bonding between the two and both actors are so good.

Nice to see the family coming together to support Manav and glad everyone knows the truth about Rupali and trust Manav. Only person whose expressions I did not understand well was Manthan, is he still holding out. Babuji did not look as devastated as he should be seeing his son in such a predicament.

The rest of the episode looked contrived. With more complications coming up, couple of more episodes will be dedicated to detective Chhanchhan. Why aren't the Sarabhai's shown concerned, they live in the same city and Manav is on local news. If actors can't come at least Chhanchhan can be shown talking to them on phone. The creative's have really let go now.

Sanaya looked good in red.

The mahila mandal does not have to come everywhere raising slogans 😆
