i agree with you, TRP pressures have forced them to leave many tracks unexplored. the fact that the show has not picked up content wise even after three months is bad!

Agree with you. Kitchen gadgets and its uses are known to all the housewives and that is why we have Teleshopping channels making money. The way the creatives showed Ranjana and Sanjana going gaga over roti makers and that too when it has been available for more than 2 decades in this country left me stumped. That degrades the characters of the show. Everyone is shown to be just juvenile and only CC is someone with brains. That is not appealing to me. Take for example Ek Ghar in SP which also had dowry track. The way this show explored dowry track was much more better than what was shown in CC during Purvi's track. I didn't even see one sensible dialogue from purvi during the whole marriage fiasco and it was only CC who was fighting with UB. And UB is so evil and uni-dimensional - she is worse than Bhabho. Bhabho at least has some layers to her character,her insecurities, her sense of right and wrong and the clashes between Sandhya and bhabho are much better sketched and the tracks are very well explored. Here everything is just jumped around. I saw Optimystrix earlier show Saas Bina Sasural and though the characterizations and the story was good during the first 1.5 yrs of the show being on air, in the end it became glorify the female lead and was completely Toasty-centric. But that was at the tail end of the show, here they are running into the same issue now itself - glorifying CC at the cost of other characters and tracks in the show. Well all I can say is, time is running out and if the show has not picked up content then it would be too late.

If the TM is not part of any fan group or show on IF or does not hate any actor or show as she claims, then does she go around other forums and posting her constructive criticism of those shows as well?

If it is constructive she wouldn't refer to SI as what she referred to her as.

So someone says Planning & canceling HM is not a good track...Ahhh let me see I have heard this In a different context and different show. Oh yes...that show where no HM track was shown between the leads much to the dismay of the viewers. Too much romance not needed? Mujhe to bas jalne ki boo aarahi hai! (we have lots of Ranjanas trolling the CC forum ever since the new MAnav took over) jealousy over the romance...ha ha!

Infact, most of the problems and negatives being pointed out here in the name of constructive criticism can be found in any show ( including both of SI previous shows) or any BW movie of BW biggies & wannabes.

It's just a question of what you choose to focus on and who is looking at it.

I am thoroughly enjoying CC because I do not view it with expectations from her previous shows.

I watch it for the sheer pleasure of seeing her perform!

If that makes me a blind fan, so be it!

As far as constructive criticism, I would like to read the same for the shows & movies of the favorites of the constructive criticizers!

excuse me? do you even realize what you are talking about?? i was the one who posted the comment in bold...and clearly i was talking about myself...i do not feel the need to hail unaesthetic romantic scenes (strictly IMO) and i don't get why you should be having a problem! if i choose to never "move on" from a brilliant aesthetic romance that "ended long back" then that's my prerogative!
and girl i didn't ask you to stop going ga ga ma pa dha ni sa on SaNuj or anything else puhhleezzz...like what you want to, drool on whatever you want!
every show has its set of negatives...agreed! that cannot stop me or anyone else from expressing my opinion and complaints about this show in its official forum. i again dont see why you should be having a problem with that. calling people who criticize this show as "ranjana" should be the lamest joke of the day!
neither do i view CC with set expectations from her previous show...i am sensible enough to understand that would be futile. all of her previous shows have been of different genres. and yes, even i like to watch SI perform...if talking about the loopholes in the show makes me any less of an SI fan than what you are, then also SO BE IT!😛

How does a well educated family like ChanChan's agrees to their oly daughter to be married to a guy who doesn't even earn a penny??

Let's be practical, parents always want their children's to lead a comfortable life not just... And they expect the bridegroom to be atleast standing on his own feet..

First they showed ChanChan and manav bond with respect to manav saving the dog though he was allergic to dogs...


And when ChanChan 's GP happens how can a bahu, to be Frank any bahu who is about to step her first foot inside her in-laws place, carry a dog with her especially if her hubby is allergic to dogs, and more specifically she is in love with her hubby and the fact is things start to brew between them is because he saved dog though he was allergic, how can she forget the things which led to brew up love between them...

There are lot of things, maybe it'll improve in near future but till the very moment there is no substance in this soap...

yes I'm a fan of the actor who shall not be named here... Yep I was fan of her previous show to be precise the first 8 months of the show... Before you throw at me I know which fangroup you come from or I know where you're coming from...I don't think I've mentioned irrelevant points here..
