I agree with you, but I also believe maybe they are limiting and hurrying Manav's part, because the actor is not able to deliver. The entire romance part last week, did not go down well, TRPs fell too.

In a daily show scripts and tracks can be altered based on what and who is working, so if an actor can connect to the audience through his/ her performance, their role can be expanded. Remember NK, he was supposed to be a cameo but was liked so much, he was brought back and stayed till the end.

Well, the channel has the last word on any show. It has to give the green signal for change. From the latest article it seems, the channel right now is not ready for replacement, while the PH is looking for better actor.
