First of all, this is all very complicated. LOL. But these are my TOP 4 Theories, with #3 being the MOST LIKEY.
THEORY #1
If you go back and watch the first episode these are the dialogues between Rishi and Neha, and now I'm thinking of their lines in whole different limelight:
Neha: Meri ab har muraad or icha puri ho gayi. Main ab us pal mein hoon ab mujhe aur kuch nahin chahiye.
Rishi: Yeh khushi ko dekhne ke liye, mein "kuch bhi" kar sakta hoon.
Something along the lines of Amisha Patel and Akshaye Khanna in Humraaz.
I think that Neha and Rishi purposely planned the honeymoon so where Karan, therefore Kabir, will see them and start wondering about Neha. They are aware of the fact that Neha and Aditi have the same face so Kabir would want to take advantage of that.
Once Neha and Kabir are married, and Neha is officially Aditi, they will have the 900Cr and no funds will be transferred to Kabir (since no papers have even been signed yet) so Neha and Rishi will live the lavish lifestyle they've always dreamt of with the money.
But along the way, Neha will fall in love with Kabir and refuse to betray his trust and his love. In this theory, she isn't Aditi but becomes someone actually loveable and Kabir's lifelong partner, someone he always desired to have.
THEORY #2
Neha is Aditi but has lost her memory and Rishi has taken advantage of that and has convinced her that he is her wife therefore THEORY #1 happens [Rishi is the person who had called Kabir and told him about Aditi in Delhi, took care of her, became her Prince Charming] but she soon regains her memory and dumps Rishi and realises that Kabir is her husband and lives happily ever after with him.
THEORY #3
Neha knows that she's Aditi, and with the help of Rishi and this plan has entered the house to know more about Kabir's actual intentions and most impotantly, who her enemy is and why he/she is out to get her. MOST LIKEY THEORY. This is why Rishi prob winks at Aditi, a signal saying "Do what you're doing, this is going to get you what you want"
THEORY #4
Neha is actually Neha. Kabir is actually in trouble. Rishi is actually a heartless bas***d who only lives on greed and money. He winks at Neha to tell her that he's actually not kidnapped nor being tortured by Kabir's men but living his dream and he doesn't give a damn about her anymore.
