I am certain they will file a charge sheet because even if they have no evidence, it makes no difference. They can drag the case for years and in the meantime keep the sword hanging on Aryan's head. It means weekly bail appearances, gag order on Aryan (and by proxy on SRK too) and BJP can secretly pressure SRK to do their bidding and post in their favor. The other side is forced to keep their mouth shut and cannot even respond to the injustice because then they would then threaten to cancel the bail.
Why will they give up all that? They have no shame so they don't care about criticism. All the shouting the world has not made them accountable for the PM Cares Scam. The public censure means nothing to them.
