No, the statements about no evidence anywhere was in the bail order. I assume Aryan's lawyers will have to move court to get the charges dropped. Which they're probably doing now.

Much as I like what Minister Malik is doing, his revelations are actually muddying the picture for Aryan, which may cause procedure to slow down so authorities can now gather evidence against NCB.

No he hasn't been charge sheeted yet...this is just the detailed bail of Aryan from the High Court in which the court has said that nothing has been found against Aryan by NCB based on which the HC gave him bail...

NCB can still go ahead and chargesheet him....but I don't think that they would do it any more...even if they did ...all they can do is drag the case somehow but there is nothing for NCB in this case any more.....lets see what happens now....if the NCB drops the charges or charge sheets Aryan...🤔..It all depends on how much the NCBJP alliance wants to harass SRK/Aryan....because unless the charges are completely dropped....Aryan is still not free...

There surely is some provision for such circumstances. A citizen cannot be constantly held under threat of arrest.

Its true....it will take a longer time....but there are 2 things.....

First...Aryan has not attached himself in anyway with Malik's revelations....neither has HC linked it to Aryan's bail order...so his case is still independent..

2nd thing....whatever Malik's motivation may be for going after Wankhede.....let us not forget that he is 99% responsible for swaying the neutral public in Aryan's favor and also he is doing a big service by exposing NCB...see how many people are now gathering the courage to say ...they too have been harassed by NCB....I would like to see Malik take this to the end and completely expose this corrupt agency because the power that this agency has over a common Indian citizen is too much....and we need an honest agency if they are given this much power..

ncb has till end of December to file tjr charge sheet…. Ratti bhar bhi sharam hoi tu they won’t charge… but they are shameless people … anything can be expected from them… itne saal baad srk haath laga hai… they can do anything…
