The fact that Arbaaz is consistently saying check CCTV makes me 100% sure he was set up as well.

I genuinely believe they got confused between Aryan and Arbaaz, the whole plann was to keep Aryan the longest but since Arbaaz got the screwed with the drugs they couldn't possibly let him go.
