NCB lies all the time. What's new about that? They lied when Achit Kumar was arrested too. They pretended he was arrested on a later date than he really was so that they could extend Aryan's time with faltu excuses that they need to be confronted.

And this is the judge that ran away on the day sessions court denied bail. I told you. He was supposed to start at 2:30 and again wasted tons of time and now wants to go home. Probably tea time for him again.

The court has no shame either constantly wasting time, judges that care more about their lunches and tea breaks and don't even start work until like 11 AM.

This is the limit…. Tomorrow is the last working day… what if this is a repeat of last time? We have reserved the order will announce it after the 8 day holiday?!

ASG won't say anything today and will try to delay the hearing, that's his only job as a lawyer 🙄

Firstly they don't start on time and this date keeps going on and on.. seriously nobody should go to courts in India. The system is so sluggish... people will die but justice is not served on time..

Indian Judicial system is a joke. The whole country needs to wake up.

Can any lawyer comment if this is normal in this court? Hear a small portion of a case at the end of the day, repeat the next day, and I’m assuming the next also? I am used to appellate courts limiting time for oral arguments - but each side gets to make their whole case in writing which hopefully the Court reads. Given that everybody treats the ASG with kid gloves, it’s starting to feel like he can show up tomorrow and read from the newspaper for 45 minutes and say he needs 2 hours more and so on and delay this into December. If this were a film, I’d laugh at how unbelievable the plot was.
