I think discipline and upbringing are two vital factors to shape anyone's life.
If we compare SRK & Akki, both started nearly same time in the industry. SRK hit bulls eye with series of hits like Deewana, Baazigaar, Darr, etc while Akki failed miserably movie after movie, but he still got movies. Only reason he got movies was not because of his acting or action skills, but his discipline to complete the movies in shortest time span, which always benefited the financiers of the movie.
We could clearly see the acting skills of SRK was way above Akki from the day one itself even in below average movies like Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman or Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa. SRK was and still is a workaholic, he isn't method actor like Aamir but he can get under the skin of character perfectly when needed.
No one from 90s generation star can romance like SRK did on the screen, that's the truth.
But in the course of time, he got so engulfed into acting and fighting to stay on the top of the game, he forgot his children and family.
Just sending children to elite school and college doesn't mean that you love your child or your duty as parents is done. Just spending vacation in London, Paris, LA with your family once in 2-3 years doesn't mean you are a family person that there is great family bonding.
Family bonds are not created with vacation, or spending a day in a year with your child. Nor does sending million dollar gifts strengthens that bond.
Family bonds are built with regular day after day interaction with your child. You talk with them, teach discipline to them, fight with them, scold them and console them.
That's where Akki scored. He wraps up shooting by 5:00 PM then heads straight to home, no meetings, no parties, unless he is paid in crores, he won't even come to award shows to perform. He doesn't work for 2 months every year to spend time with his family. He never works on Sundays. He never thinks about the movie or work on his acting skills after day wrap up, that's why most of his co-actors teases him that he never remembers his lines. For him acting is like any other work like 9-5 job. Once job is done, he goes home.
He spends his morning and evening with his loved ones, instead of drinking in late night parties.
SRK faltered there. He works very hard, 14-16 hours a day, he hardly sleeps 2-4 hours a day. So he needs to party to get relaxed from the hard day of work. He smokes like chimney which helps him to stay alert. Whenever he has time he thinks about movie, work on his character, get his lines ready, improvise his dialogues and acting with practice. For him acting is not work, its his passion. Many great artist has same illness, they get lost into work, forgetting the world around them.
And for a superstar who has almost reigned the throne of Bollywood as BAADSHAH for nearly 2 decades from early 90s till early 2010s, it was very tough.
Maybe, if there is any truth regarding Aryaan doing drugs (whatever kind it may be marijuana or hard ones) is the result of kind of upbringing which SRK and Gauri as parents gave to their child. I am not saying they were bad parents, but had they been bit more focused upon their children instead of getting lost into glitzy limelight of Bollywood, their child might have not resorted into such bad habits.

You will be crucified for making such post. But this is your analysis and you have justified well enough to come to that assertion. Atleast you aren't being misguided by certain blue tick individuals on Twitter. See personally I wouldn't wanna comment on their personal lives and how they did upbringing of their kids.. but looking at the ongoing circumstances its fair to say your thought makes sense.
NCB is comes under central gov but judiciary comes under state gov.
So if the bail is denied, the blame should ideally go to maha gov and especially NCP...bjp/ncb has no control over court procedeeings.

High Court has to deal with 1000s of pending cases everyday.. if they selected date next week I'm sure it was for operational reasons. But fans are fans isme bhi controversy nikalni hi hai, Even on the day bail rejection announcement was done by Session court.. Fans were fuming that why Aryan case was not given priority. Why his case got S.No 23 or something. Judge of session court wasnt partying they were handling other cases.
No one will attest to the fact.. this case is getting speedy trial.

At the end of 2019, more than one lakh people were lodged in Indian prisons as undertrials for more than a year. An undertrial is an unconvicted prisoner who is on trial in a court of law. The share of undertrials lodged in prisons for more than a year has increased over time as the percentage of cases pending judgment in courts has also increased sharply.
Undertrials on the rise
The number of people lodged in Indian prisons as undertrials increased at a faster rate between 2001 and 2019 than those convicted. At the end of 2019, 3.28 lakh prison inmates were undergoing trial, while 1.42 lakh were convicted.
Pending cases pile up
As of Tuesday, 1.6 crore criminal cases were pending judgment for more than a year across all district and taluka courts in India. Of them, nearly 22 lakh cases were pending for over 10 years.
You can awake a person who is sleeping, but can never awake a person who is acting to be asleep.
They will never try to comprehend how legal system in India works, They don't want to know the numbers, ever pending rape, mob lynching cases going on for years and years.
Just look how long did Nibhaya case went on despite of it gaining worldwide support. It took more than 7 years (Dec 2012 - Mar 2020) for those culprits to be hanged. And these BLIND BHAKTS think Aryan's case is much important than that. His bail plea should be heard within an hour, released within next hour, final verdict claiming he is innocent should be announced within next day that too as soon as court opens. If that doesn't happen they start crying foul, They start attacking either BJP, or bring up minority Muslim Card, etc.
Its these ´kind of BLIND BHAKT people (towards anything; be politics, religion, stars, etc) who are hindering the progress in this country. Trying to create chaos, unwanted uproar in the country where its not needed. We will never see these people when needed like during farmers protest or more recently to lend support towards flood victims, raise voice in support of them.
NO... NEVER... they will never speak for them.
So its no use to show facts and figures to them Zeal bhai... let them go and enjoy in another CC thread. Go and do Rudali, shout their throats out blaming, NCB, BJP, make conspiracy theories over there.

Discussing anyone other than Aryan and Arbaaz is futile. NCB arrested 8 from that day and made 12 other arrests.. But we are stuck on discussing Aryan only. Baki sab ki Izzat hi nai hai.
