NCB Reply:

The investigation reveals that all persons form part of larger chain and their involvement in conspiracy and commit illegal acts cannot be ruled out.

In the same CR, there have been several seizures in intermediary quantity from co-accused; there has also been seizure of commercial quantity of mephedrone from one accused. Thus, one of these applicants cannot be considered in isolation.

All these persons are an integral part of a common thread which cannot be separated or dissected from each other. In such situation, the quantum of recovery from an individual becomes inconsequential.

MARKED IN RED might hinder the bail process if NCB convinces the Judge.

Considering the influence that Aryan Khan holds in the society, it is very much possible that he may tamper with evidence and influence other witnesses whom he personally knows.

Also the possibility of the applicant fleeing justice cannot be ruled out. Section 37 rigours (against grant of bail) applicable as sections 28 and 29 are invoked.

He had enjoyed privilege of being Superstar's Son till date but now, he is being made to pay for the same.

It will be known by the end of the day. The arguments has just begun for Aryan Khan first. Then court will hear from Arbaz, Munmun, etc . Then ASG will give his reply. After that Judge will decide whether bail can be granted or not.

Desai: Then, combined search was carried out. They found 6 gms of charas from Merchant. The first fact which is relevant is on their own panchnama, there is no recovery of possession. There is no debate on this, it is admitted and undisputed.

Desai reading from panchnama: Merchant admitted that they are consuming charas with Khan. On asking Khan, he also said he consumes charas. The substance was sealed.

Just tuned in.. Desai is presenting good points but predictable ones.

Aryan case is hinging on how Desai team is successfully able to disassociate his case from Arbaaz.

Thanks Desai.. So NCB were following law and not framing Aryan for what he has not done. NCB is not a Villain it was made out to be.

So far as Sr. Advocate Desai's arguments have raised some valid points why Aryan Khan must be released on bail. His main focus is upon segregating Aryan Khan from whole group people who were arrested and accused.

I have to applaud for such thorough and detail remarks made by him.

As for today's arguments, I would put him much above Mr. Mansinde past arguments.

The arguments from other accused member's representative lawyers are going on. Looks like the court might go till evening.

ASG is pulling out classic style of 'Amrish Puri' in Damini and others.
