Caramel Payasam is d one of d recipes me and sis tried in lockdown ... Instead of caramelizing d sugar .... We used Hershey's caramel syrup 😆
Dry fruits n nuts shake is yummy one ... Even if we didn't ve all d ingredients ... Dates , dried figs , honey and some strands of saffron with milk is just yummy and healthy
Inji Marappa / Ginger candy is another healthy one with lots of benefits including weight loss
Kinnathappam is d one I came across few days ago ... It's steamed rice and coconut milk cake ... Will try soon
I tried Noodles samosa in Adayar Aanandha bhavan ... They serve it with sweet and spicy mint chutneys ... Its was one of my favourites that time ... Its been few years I had it
I haven't tasted wheat berry salad ... 🤣 ... It looked yummy I shared it ... Don't think I ll try that ... I dislike Salad 🤣
