When it is established that someone had not died a natural death or committed suicide beyond reasonable doubt based on evidences and leads is homicide. So in short homicide is simply killing of one person by another..

Murder on the other hand is homicide with malicious afterthought. There has to be an intent to kill/recklessness involved .

Manslaughter on the other hand might or might not be intentional. Intentional manslaughter is when someone kills the other person under extreme provocation. Involuntary manslaughter happens when the killer intended to do something else but ends up killing the other person, especially due to carelessness or recklessness..

If Rhea is not at mistake then why she pitched high about depression and not about drugs..just to save her own ass!! Did she think once before she quoted him schizophrenic! Her PR machinery was working from the day sushanth died.Not suddenly Manishinde appeared! Everything is preplanned..I wont be surprised even if that women was planted purposely in ssr's life or even if she knows that they are going to harm Ssr in advance & left him alone there to die...
