Binge watched all episodes. I am eternally grateful to Sidharth for this endorsement. Katrina Kaif has also endorsed the series, but I seriously would not have watched it but for the trust I have in Sidharth’s choice 🤓 I hope he continues to endorse only as excellent productions. This webseries is no lesser than a movie and stands at par with the best of movies, especially in the genre. There is Atul Kulkarni who stands powerfully and shoulder to shoulder as usual with his acting prowess 👏 The entire cast though! Uffff! Ritwik Bhowmik! Sheer talent! He is an actor beyond par for his age- sheer talent. Sheeba Chaddha proves her mettle too and Shreya Chaudhary does good and loved seeing Rituraj Singh on screen again and Kunal Roy Kapoor 🥳Ensemble cast! The little specks of humour tickle well. The hero of the series is the pithy story and the music- Shankar Ehsaan Loy play around with the musical scores and Hindustani Classical singers literally prance around with their raags. Anybody who loves strong stories, good acting and exemplary music, watch this one. The only annoying part is, the story just may not have stopped with 10 episodes 😆 but it’s not a cliffhanger, just something wonderful to look forward to.Weekend here and starting with Sidharth’s recommendation- Bandish Bandits. The trailer is fantastic. It’s also music based- so I am like woooooo hoooooo 🥳🥳It’s got Hindustani classical and pop for story base. That has me swooning already 😆and I hope the music isn’t a let down. It’s got Naseeruddin Shah too 😳- so that’s already some credibility for the production right there (I adore the guy cinematically and not politically). The other main leads aren’t charismatic per se, but both the story line and the music look like it will be phenomenal (for those who like music based shows) and there seem to be 10 episodes for now. No idea if it is a limited series though I hope it is. Let’s see how Sidharth’s suggestion goes this time. Breathe: Into the Shadows had ofcourse been a winner all the way. So, high hopes from this endorsement too.
