Weekend here and starting with Sidharth’s recommendation- Bandish Bandits. The trailer is fantastic. It’s also music based- so I am like woooooo hoooooo 🥳🥳It’s got Hindustani classical and pop for story base. That has me swooning already 😆and I hope the music isn’t a let down. It’s got Naseeruddin Shah too 😳- so that’s already some credibility for the production right there (I adore the guy cinematically and not politically). The other main leads aren’t charismatic per se, but both the story line and the music look like it will be phenomenal (for those who like music based shows) and there seem to be 10 episodes for now. No idea if it is a limited series though I hope it is. Let’s see how Sidharth’s suggestion goes this time. Breathe: Into the Shadows had ofcourse been a winner all the way. So, high hopes from this endorsement too.
