Yes Padma, Branka is going through a lot, so much on her mind. Agree with Avi and Padma, whenever a dog howls, in Indian myth or superstition, do not know if true or false, it portends upcoming death or destruction and my mom would get upset hearing such a dog cry or howl. It is ironical how Bino sensed this before the earthquake, they say animals have extra sensory perceptions and can rightly sense happenings.

Really, truly hope that all my friends in Serbia and Croatia, America, India ( members of our CC) and their families are safe, protected and blessed.🤗. Prayers are the only solace and we also need to exercise caution like washing hands after every outside contact, staying indoors, going out for just essentials, social distancing and maintaining hygiene and positivity.

On a positive note, today is Sheru's birthday, God bless our dear child abundantly! How about some cake, Madi?😃

My son stay's in a 3 bedroom appartment wherein a room is shared by 2 people. All the guys cook food by themselves. At present the University is conducting on-line classes, so they are not venturing out of the community except to purchase grocery. No part-time job either for 2 months.

Guys praying for all of us around the world. No more tragidies please God.

Last night we did not sleep a lot, our corridor was very crowded, Mom was up several times because she felt some tremors (there was one a bit stronger around 3 am), even Bino, who did not understand what are we doing walking around all night, was going up and down, from room to room, not to miss anything 😆 (did I tell you that few days before that EQ, he was behaving very strange, making some strange noise, like he was crying...and once he was howling three times just for nothing...we did not know what is going on...later on we heard on TV that animals, especially dogs can predict EQs or other disasters)….I think we all fall asleep in the early morning hours...

Anyway, they said today on TV that there was more than 40 tremors and one stronger EQ of 3 degree at 11 am today until noon today...most of those we did not feel but those apparats register it...

Anyway...All people returned to their homes, and those whose houses were damaged and not safe, were transferred to a student dorm (which is empty now, because all students travelled to their hometowns) where they can stay for the time being, and have three meals...

Thank you Padmaja for video clip that you posted 🤗...that is a damage in the centre of the town...all those buildings were built at the beginning of last centuries, even older...We are not living in the centre, our building is a four stories building with three entrances...It is the strong, well built building, but when you see how everything is shaking an especially when you hear that horrible sound, like roaring, you just have a feeling that it is like a house build of cards which will collapse in a sec...Thanks God, nothing like this happened...

Dear Bino felt some trouble coming. Animals have this trait. But who would have hoped for an earthquake like this.

Nature is playing with us again. A few days ago it was summer. Now I watch the snow fall. Apricot blossomed in the neighbor's garden. My cherry is all in buds. I'm trying to be positive. It will be easier for us to stay in homes if it's cold outside.

We need to be positive and patient. Take care. Big hug for you and your family. 🤗

Agree with you, Branka, some people think it is a holiday and gather to play games or travel elsewhere for a change, not realising they could spread the infection. On a tv channel, a doctor said, the virus has a very big ego, it will not come to your home, unless you go out and invite it! Prophetic words!!

Here too there is a lockdown, only essential services allowed, unfortunately my husband's work in the financial sector comes under essential services and he has to go daily but his staff is unable to travel. All flights, buses, outstation trains,metros, cab services have been cancelled and local trains severely curtailed, only for those with essential travel. It is like a curfew. Last evening at 5, for five minutes, residents of our country, clapped in unison and rang bells, blew conches to appreciate the selfless efforts of our medical services.

I understand your concern for your husband. Hopefully, with all the precautions, it will be fine. I was watching tv, the deserted streets of mumbai. For the first few days, Belgrade looked like nothing was happening. The streets were full. It is commendable that your citizens immediately realized that the situation was serious.

People need to understand, more discipline - the virus will disappear sooner. The consequences will be less.
