Last night we did not sleep a lot, our corridor was very crowded, Mom was up several times because she felt some tremors (there was one a bit stronger around 3 am), even Bino, who did not understand what are we doing walking around all night, was going up and down, from room to room, not to miss anything 😆 (did I tell you that few days before that EQ, he was behaving very strange, making some strange noise, like he was crying...and once he was howling three times just for nothing...we did not know what is going on...later on we heard on TV that animals, especially dogs can predict EQs or other disasters)….I think we all fall asleep in the early morning hours...

Anyway, they said today on TV that there was more than 40 tremors and one stronger EQ of 3 degree at 11 am today until noon today...most of those we did not feel but those apparats register it...

Anyway...All people returned to their homes, and those whose houses were damaged and not safe, were transferred to a student dorm (which is empty now, because all students travelled to their hometowns) where they can stay for the time being, and have three meals...

Thank you Padmaja for video clip that you posted 🤗...that is a damage in the centre of the town...all those buildings were built at the beginning of last centuries, even older...We are not living in the centre, our building is a four stories building with three entrances...It is the strong, well built building, but when you see how everything is shaking an especially when you hear that horrible sound, like roaring, you just have a feeling that it is like a house build of cards which will collapse in a sec...Thanks God, nothing like this happened...

So sorry to hear all the sorrowful happenings at your place Branka. Covid, the disease and then this earthquake, zero temps and sleepless nights, so scared even to imagine.🤗 I am praying for your mother's good health. You are right, animals normally predict such natural calamities in their own way, because their ears are nearer to the earth, they say. Even now , if you want to check, sit on the floor and put your ear to the ground, you will be able to hear the rumbling sounds from the ground, it will be there for the coming 1 week after a big earthquake. Don't try, if you can't sit on the ground, it will pop-up another problem. Please take care of yourself and the family. It reminded me of our huge earthquake [ 7.9 magnitudes] in 2014. At that time Sheru was injured badly. Be alert and careful. Thanks for informing us about your safety now.

Omg, this is horrendous, thanks for sharing, Madi! Can imagine what the people of Zagreb have been through, will keep them all in my prayers❤️ Glad to know that Branka and her family are safe and pray earnestly they are always safe and protected, and all this happening in the times of Corona virus! People congregating on the streets too is so dangerous. Here our curfew has been extended!

Dear Branka I guess I am in your thoughts subconsciously, that is why you are writing my name while quoting Vibha's and Madhu's posts. In fact that video was posted by Madhu😆. But I am very fortunate that you are remembering me🤗

Yes you are right about Dog's crying in night. Since last few nights some dog's starts crying below our Apartment at about midnight for at least few minutes. I wake up shaking and thinking that something bad will happen. This happened to me before my father's and MIL's death.

Now I would only pray to God that everybody in all the corners of this world should be safe and healthy. Please God no more tragedy😔

Our State declared complete lock down until 31st March, except some essentials to operate.

I stopped worrying and getting tensed, what to do it will not serve me hence praying to God and he is giving us warning that if we humans do not behave responsibly then we have to face the consequences. My son and my Co-Sister's son are there in US. One in Dallas and Charlotte. They are in self quarantine and taking precautions.

Hope the virus gets weak and disappear, and everybody around the world can take a sigh of relief. I am sure that day will come soon. Until then stay safe, take precautions and think positive.

I am thankful to God for keeping my Branka an her family safe. Tough time has passed Branka, no need to worry. Everything will be ok.

Yes Padma, Branka is going through a lot, so much on her mind. Agree with Avi and Padma, whenever a dog howls, in Indian myth or superstition, do not know if true or false, it portends upcoming death or destruction and my mom would get upset hearing such a dog cry or howl. It is ironical how Bino sensed this before the earthquake, they say animals have extra sensory perceptions and can rightly sense happenings.

Really, truly hope that all my friends in Serbia and Croatia, America, India ( members of our CC) and their families are safe, protected and blessed.🤗. Prayers are the only solace and we also need to exercise caution like washing hands after every outside contact, staying indoors, going out for just essentials, social distancing and maintaining hygiene and positivity.

On a positive note, today is Sheru's birthday, God bless our dear child abundantly! How about some cake, Madi?😃
