Kasauti Zindagi Kay 2: Hina Khan NOT confirmed as Komolika yet?

The concept of last-minute replacement is not alien to TV industry. It happened to Hiten Tejwani and Krrip Suri recently when they were replaced on their upcoming shows Namune and Udaan. Now there are rumours doing the rounds that Hina Khan has not been finalised for Komolika as yet, as previously reported. Apparently, Ekta is still in two minds about Hina Khan's casting and is considering Krystle D'souza and Madhurima Tuli to play the iconic character.

It was earlier reported that Hina Khan has cleared the look test and will flaunt a range of earrings on the show. She also said in an interview that she will play Komolika her way, if she indeed signs on the dotted line.

"Ekta is not sure about her casting. Krystle D'souza or Madhurima Tuli might be considered for being roped in as Komolika. Anyway, the character's entry will happen later, and makers have time to decide," a source close to the show told us.

Apart from Erica (Prerna Sharma) and Paarth (Anurag Basu), Pooja Banerjee has also been confirmed for the show as Nivedita Basu, a role that was played by Poonam Narula in the original show.

The shooting of the show is currently on in Kolkata where the cast of the show is present, according to a source. The promo of the show with Parth and Erica was shot at Mumbai's Kelve railway station a few weeks back.

The return of Kasauti Zindagi Kay has taken the internet by storm as the leaked pics from the sets have gone viral. Fans are waiting for the show with bated breath and several memes around the show have been doing the rounds.

Hina Khan may choose to remain tight-lipped about playing Komolika in Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 but it has been established that the actress is part of the show. Now, here's another scoop about the actress and it involves the pay package. We hear, Hina is the highest-paid actress in the show.

Says a source, "Hina Khan will be charging Rs 2.25 lakh per episode, which is huge in the telly world. She is coming back to the small screen post the success of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Bigg Boss 11, hence the makers agreed to pay the sum.

Yesterday, we had told you that it has been delayed and will now air from September 25 instead of 10. Further, Parth Samthaan's (Anurag Basu) introduction scene will be identical to the original, where Cezzane Khan entered the show during Durga Puja. The scene has been shot today at Naigaon.

Earlier this month, we had brought to you the details of the promo which was shot at a railway station. In the show, Parth will be seen playing a serious character, a businessman. Even I have started trusting Spotboye to some extent.. Ofcourse I don't blindly believe anything that's printed in media these days irrespective of the source. Media has started using SNS activities and fan comments as their source.

I know they were the ones who wrote of Sharica differences on KRPKAB sets but maybe Sharica were being Kabhi neem neem Kabhi sahad sahad at times on set. Who knows?
But overall it must be more sahad sahad. Eri herself had stated that sometimes they argue over small things.
SpotBoye also did not write up anything related to Sha and Ruch. They ignored that IE article. .

But some here feel that SpotBoye is monitored by Ek so they won't say anything negative about Ek, her friends or her serial and maybe they truly have an internal source in the Ek circle.

SpotBoye was the one that brought in the downfall of Kapil Sharma's show he was supposed to launch on Sony earlier this year. They taped a conversation where he used foul language. Sony dropped the show.



I hope this article about Hina being highest paid is false. That's not fair to the 2 lead actors. Even Parth has been in the industry for some time so why does Hina the drama queen get more money? Maybe because she is more popular and a known name after Big Boss.
