I think the delay in her like is due to how IG displays posts when u log in. R follows 800+ accounts so she probably has a lot of posts in her feed and the most recent ones are on top and then u have to scroll down to see earlier ones. It's easy to miss and also that's why the more recent posts get likes first.

I am not too keen on seeing who she tags anymore

EK tagged only the actors and actresses. The main intention of tagging only them is to get a larger audience for the show which will consist of each actor's fan base.

While our smart Eri who is aware that attention seekers & haters like Mirai are deliberately trying to play mischief in Sha's CS by spreading the rumours of R, has cleverly tagged & nominated R to show that all rumours of R & Sha are just that -- only rumours. In spite of not following her bae, she leaves no stone unturned in order to defend/ protect her bae from his bashers though nowadays she has to do it indirectly & subtly without drawing attention to herself. 👍🏼 Bae is one real lucky guy.😃
