Yeah I guess her look suits the occasion. But I preferred her subtle wedding look. That was a perfect look, esp the minimal makeup.

Uploading a DP is such a difficult process on this site. My new DP only shows on mobile but on desktop, it's still my old Deepika DP. Makes zero sense.

Well if a newly married girl isn't dressed well enough people will talk nonsense like. Oh maybe her parents didn't giver her enough or she isn't happy with the marriage etc. Jewelry, especially gold is seen as Laxmi.. it's not just wealth but also a sign of happiness and prosperity... and well Punjabis are like that.. As a Bollywood actress though I don't think these things affect her much.

@MEB I have always had that prejudice against Delhi Girlls.. especially Delhi Punjabi girls in particular. Like they like being a s**t and stuff. I have personally seen a lot of girls like that. They like to show off a lot. One of my colleagues is that typical girl. She will tell everyone how rich she is (which isn't even true), seeks all the attention from guys that she can get and will mess with them even though she has a steady bf whom she wants to marry, she is fun to be with but not a friend material as you can't trust her. I generally ignore but this kind of behaviour makes me sick.
