I remember that her family had done some sindoor stuff in the hospital on her birthday or wedding anniversary or some such. Suicide? Do you know details of how and why?

Well, I had my first mango yesterday. Alphonso 😃 Was tasty.

The rains here were actually quite good last year. They went on for so long that we were, in fact afraid that the mango crop would be affected.

Why do you want to change your current job? Is it for salary or don't you have a good boss? Or is it for more exposure?

Point is, you must have a solid reason to take up so much pain. Only if your current job is giving you more pain should you consider this company.

Speaking of the Japanese, there was one company we were working with. One of the employees was online with us at the time that the tsunami struck. We panicked and asked him if he would like to go to safety. So he says, "No...the tsunami is happening on the ground. I am on the 21st floor. It is okay. Let's continue."

They are WEIRD!!

Di, the current firm is also good... reason for change is like I need more exposure and like to work in Industry for few years, for career growth... Yup.. Hike in pay as well 😃 Thanks for the opinion di... It was really helpful...Yup.. I will think of other option now and wont go for japs 😳
