Hi all.

Have been busy with guests at home so haven't been watching much of TV and also the current track in Mahek the only show that I watch is not really worth sparing time and watching online either.

Hope to be free by next week.May be by then the story would have moved forward.

Lols I saw some funny stuff in the media on Bahubali and how Hritik and John Abraham have been approached for Bahu and Bhalla😛😆 This too after SS Rajamouli stating it so many times that he developed Bahubali senior and Junior characters keeping Prabhas in mind.😆

On John Abraham he apparently bought Hindi remake rights for Prabhas Anushka Film Mirchi.😛

This guy used to downplay the fact that he is half Malayalee despite having a name that screams his Malayalee origins.Most Malayalees I know are pissed off with John Abraham because of this.Now this guy is focusing on South India and South Indians🥱

I dont get why Bachchan clan is pissed off with Bahubali..Aish declined to give a response to a question asked on the movie (but then she is too diplomatic at all times), but even BigB said something unsavoury about it too..😕😕😕

I think Hrithik and John both can pull off the respective roles..but I am rather glad that the cast is what it is😆⭐️

Yeah hasnt SSR clarified like 100 times on it by now😆 and he even said that seeing Satyaraj-Anushka-Prabhas chemistry in Mirchi, he had already decided to cast these three in BB😆

Now now, I do love Sri's performances..but truth be told, she doesnt look as classy as she did in her younger days..her nose is really a huge distraction..and her face is all sucked in.

Ramya's eyes and the dialogue delivery, plus the overall look was badass and classy!

I am reading Rise of Sivagami too - awesome book sofar! <3 <3 <3 cant wait for Part 2 and Part 3

Helped me understand Katappa better..plus I love the detailing and parallel storytelling too.

So true. Sreedevi looks so awful these days.Wish she hadn't overdone the botox thing.🤢

She is a terrific actress and that's why I am hopeful that once she comes up with her movie shewill make us over look that that botox and botched up nose 😆

Star kids - Will make up my mind only after their movies release.

At the end of the day I think it is they who can make or break their future and not their lineage.

I loved Rise of Sivagami book. Nice back story given to Kattappa and Sivagami.As of now it is still difficult to understand how she ended up with a loser like Bijjala Deva. Hopefully it will become clear in the subsequent books of the trilogy.

But the author explained Kattappa's mindset very well it ow gives us an idea why he killed Bahubali despite loving him like his own son.

I think they shot a lot more than they could fit into two films and probably this is the reason the editing looks bad and last half of the film looks rushed.

Irfan Khan such a delight to watch him perform naturally straight face comedy ...His voice...Different baritone ... Our neighborhood country actor Saba Qumar choose good film must say ... She can act and looking stylish too

Hindi Medium ...Subject is apt ... Craze of getting admission in Top rated school can be universal craze esp in India all state same situation ... It's super difficult esp in Metros ... Top school charging bomb ... All glamour ... School became page 3 now days ... Interview system ... Kind conditions to get admission in particular school are bizarre ...

Getting schooling in mother tongue is rare in India each state has different mother tongue all run behind English or convent school ... These days kids can't speak or write or understand own mother tongue ... Sad

I was in English medium but my mom make sure I can write speak marathi ...

The name Hindi Medium does give an idea as to what it is going to be all about.

By virtue of my family background I am a bilingual from my childhood days.Me and my sister ended up in Telugu medium school which wasn't planned at all. But that's the best thing to have happened to me and my sister as well. It ensured that we are well versed in Telugu as well as English which is the language we used at home.

I endorse vernacular medium for school kids. Kids should be taught in the language they understand best at that age. When basic Maths, Physics, Civics, etc subjects are taught in mother tongue kids will have better understanding in all these subjects and once they grow up and become more proficient in English they can build on the basic foundation that was laid in their school days.

A lot of my class mates in 11 &12th who came from English Medium background didn't have a sound understanding in basic sciences.Most of the time kids with a vernacular background out performed these kids.

I don't understand why small kids are being forced to learn an other language at an age where they don't even understand the language that their mothers speak.

English language, taking vacations, fake accents, barbeques, fork and knife - all of these are colonial curses😆

I love English, for some reason it always ends up sounding sophisticated. But I do think Hindi and most of the languages which take birth from Sanskrit are far more deep rooted and grammatically stronger.

Gen next in my family don't speak Telugu very well.😆

My nephew in his zeal to embrace all things Telugu he disses everything that is not a product of Telugus 😛😆

We have to keep reminding him about his limited vocabulary in Telugu and the right way to respect one's mother tongue is by speaking 7th language well.

This is the other extreme of the spectrum 😆

It's shame that you can't speak your own mother tongue...

Fine pratically English language is useful esp getting education in that us imp for further studies ... But atleast kid can learn at home ... Parents too speak only English despite being Maharashtrain or Gujju or Any ...

My Papa wanted me to educate in Marathi Medium only ... But My mom enrolled me in English medium but make sure I learn marathi ... Plus it's not convent .It's was like Marathi Medium only subjects taught in Eng.. Yes agree Maths Science those who learned in Mother tongue their logic develop faster than Convent educated ...

Both parents educated in Marathi Medium still went on became Engineer and Economics Major ...

My German client always pissed off seeing indian fascination towards Angrez ... he always complain we still under Saheb effect ... German people have their Engineering is in their own language don't need Eng so is Japan ...
