I loved today's Mahek episode😃

As I said before it is nice to have something to watch at 8pm

Mahek girl whether she can act or not she is definitely an 8PM lead⭐️

I love the way she gives it to him as good as she gets👏

So where was she all these days? She says,"During the break period I have been travelling a lot. I am getting a lot of mixed offers, mostly mythological. I want to play a character as strong as Anandi. So I am taking time to think. Also I want a role that I can relate to. It is not that I am purposely not doing television,I have got many offers but sometimes things don't work out the way you want them to be. And now I really want to do comedy. I am open to all good shows. There is nothing specific in my mind right now. I am very blessed to have got roles which made me progress as an actor right from Dhoom Machao Dhoom to Balika Vadhu."

Was going through the story of SS's DSDT. Couldn't help but think back on a track that was played out in BV.

I remember that they touched upon a rural custom of "Nata Pratha" (thanks Aparna for remembering the name of the custom). In this custom, the husband takes on another woman while the wife is still around and has physical relationship with her. I guess it works the other way round too.

It could also happen even if the wife is unable to conceive (whether for the fault of the husband or wife). The family buys a woman as a "Nata" or relationship for the son (with or without wife's knowledge/consent) and she can be abandoned at any time with no legal recourse. So DSDT is the modern day 'Nata Pratha' 🤢 😆. Regressive thinking.

Can't wait to see Mehak track today. Hero is the surprise element. He is the hero and the villain. That is why we don't have any evil mothers-in-law to trouble the female lead. And thankfully there is just one of each. Makes life simple.😃

Mahek is truly a breath of fresh air for now. Don't know how long it will be before it becomes stale.

But for now this show does make me switch on TV at 8pm every day.

Shaurya is her enemy as well as her mentor and friend in need. It makes for a very interesting relationship.

She on the other hand has no illusions about him but all the same loves him😛

Simple love story.

I am sure Family will be upset with Mahek for this elopement and shaadi and this will lead to another confrontation track between the two of them.

Co -operations ending in confrontations and confrontations leading to co-operation.

May be that's how they are going to build their relationship😊

Have so many issues with the way the story is being told.The way it is being told doesn't make us connect with the pain of childless couple at all🤢🥱

I have seen what childless couple go through in life their pain sense of emptiness family pressure they face. All these I have seen from close quarters because my friends a couple who were my batch mates in college as well as my own sister went through all that.They spent so much money and so many years in trying to have a baby finally they were successful.

Now all we see in DSDT is a childless couple wanting to use a baby as a ticket to acceptance by their family🤢

There is no problem in them opting for surrogacy because wanting to have a biological child is something natural.Even chosing someone like this bar girl who only is interested in money and nothing else also seems like a logical thing because they didn't want complications of custody battle etc.

But this whole secrecy and the family drama around it makes it so unwatchable.🥱

The channel as well as CVs seem to have lost the plot completely and so now they have resorted to sell physics chemistry biology etc😛

Sad for SS if he has only one thing to talk about his current show

Just caught up with Mehek and *Sperm bank politics* show😉

Mehek is absolutely fun to watch. Shaurya Khanna the villain in Sharma family lives as well as the hero😛😆

Fell off the chair laughing watching Shaurya Khanna's speech on television🤣

What makes him think that using his restaurant as a venue for run away couples wedding will enhance his restaurant's reputation?

This just tells how different Shivraj Shekhar is when compared to Mr Sperm Bank who nods his head to what ever his wife says and what ever his mother says😛😆

Shivraj Shekhar was called names when he decided to go along with his wife's decision to adopt a child before having one of their own kids and now I don't know what people will say😛

Went to watch Rangoon yesterday evening. Quite a nice movie if one does not get fidgety with the slow pace. It is really well made and the story weaves itself seamlessly towards the climax. It was Kangana all the way with both Shahid and Saif giving stellar performances. Picturisation was lovely and the song/dances were not the run of the mill.⭐️. Liked it on the whole.

Hence watched the repeat of Mehak at 10:30pm. And never imagined that Shaurya would do what he did. Not the Sonal/Mohit thing, but in general opening up his 2-day old restaurant to all the lovers of the world just to get some free publicity 😡. It was thoroughly hilarious. My eyes kept opening as wide as Mehak's when he was giving his goody-goody speech on TV.😲.

I am sure his partner or whoever did not in his wildest imagination think that SK will resort to this when he told him, that if not food, come up with some other attraction for your White Chllies.

How crazy can he get just so he does not have to share the fame of his food at the restaurant with the rightful owner of the recipes.😆

I think Mehak has no option but to actually open up her own dhaba. 😃. I am waiting for that day.

With Shaurya around, no other goonda is required 😛🤣
