i was told that first ragging used to be in open auditorium with seniors being present and every newcomer used to come in center and would say some intro about themself and why they choose to come to this institute

and there was a formal ragging like pulling legs...but then it became nightmares in some IIT institute that too in IIT DELHI...the safest was IIT MUMBAI, CHENNAI

i had a show down with one professors i called him the biggest ragging person...and the only difference is that seniors rag at beginning and profs rag us entire year...he took me to deans Office and i was given punishment to assist him in his lab after my classroom got over...🤣🤣

ek prof ne hum ko raaz bata yaa ki why profs are sacred with every passing new students...

Suppose consider the person giving IIT exam in 2016 then he has 38 years of IIT papers which he has gone through...which means all the concept related with that paper has been known to him and then if he still has doubts then you can imagine the tough questions he will post to professors

Isse mujhe idea laga ki mujhe jitne ho sake papers solve kar lene chahiye... GATE, PSU, IES ... kul milake 38 toh ho hi jayenge... 😆
