But yes, it was foreshadowing...actually there is remarkable foreshadowing if you go back and watch the epis now and see how it all played out...but then, let's remember within this epi only he comes back to her multiple times😆...first in the music library and then by the end he's fixing the safety pin on her kurti😆...


But a flashback about the tie is needed soonish now.

But what I really LOVE about this scene is Nandu's expression when she says, "So we won't see each other for three days?" Matlab it comes across so clearly then ki dono ek dusre ke bina ek din bhi nahin reh sakte...Nandu generally hides her desperation for him better but it's just as much as his...and Manik's smile when she says that and he goes, "So?"...and then she ducks her head shyly😆


And yeah then all the bits that you mentioned...the bye...him reluctant to leave her, her reluctant to let him go...their eyes said everything.

I dunno why but I C.A.N.N.O.T tolerate the use of this song on anyone apart from MaNan. Hell, I don't even feel like watching the original Atif-Varun-Yami video of this song! 😆

Also, I used to think of it as a coincidence but now I feel that it's deliberate. Ever heard of a channel named 'Sony Mix?' The channel plays the songs that has been used in KY2 the very next day of the episode in which the song has been used!

It started with the VERY uncommon song from 'Aisha', 'Shaam'. Then 'ishq bulaawa', 'Jazba' and now 'Marjaanian'.

That's cuz only MaNan PERSONIFY the song without going all cheesy about it...and they just set the tone so PERFECTLY with that staircase scene by playing it in the bg *sigh*...I also can't bear this song on anyone but them...not even the original picturization from Badlapur😆
