Simply because T and Sid are actors and playing the roles when they both are there it is Anandi and Shiv and it won't be like that with BDs They just imagine the scenario and give reactions accordingly.

But still the effect was good because the actors have perfected their parts

Normally the BDs stand so stiff that there is a total disconnect between what the actor is doing and what the BD is doing.

Painter calls Shiv in the morning, when he was just out from his bath ( per precap )...also, there is that kiss of the painter on Venus painting, that was edited...😆

Instead they have shown Shiv kissing Anandi where the painter kissed her...
