Visi I went to your land as a college kid for a wedding. My one and only visit was about dancing and eating at night. Next day Maa and Paa wanted to go visit the fort but I wanted something else. Jaldi karo, jaldi karo I kept telling them and only stopped when we reached the bazaar. Chikan salwar kameez till date remain my absolute favorites and buying them myself was the highlight of my trip 😃

I liked her baby pink suit as well yesterday...soft spot in my heart for chikan suits, esp in baby pink😳

I had a friend from Delhi during my post-grad days in India and I she had a home caretaker cum cook who lived with them who was from Lucknow. The lady used to go back to Lucknow for a month to visit her family each year and she would return with an annual supply of salwar suits, dupatta's and materials for the family n their friends😃.

My friend wore the prettiest suits and such gorgeous colors. She had gifted me one fabric in a lovely lemon green combo which I first made a salwaar suit of and then when I bloated years later I had it cut out and re-made into a kurti. STILL is one of my most fav and most worn pieces😳

A singular achievement indeed.

And a timely lesson for all those in des and in phoren who, until yesterday - didn't know (and could care less about) the difference between ISRO and Khusro. 😈

She is very earnest and while I like the chikan ... can it be less tent like!

The irony and contradictions that is India...while ISRO ( the command and control centre of MOM is just across the road from home) sent a mission to Mars successfully in the morning, across the road from it we have been struggling with power outages all evening!

First off WHY are shaadi's in sabunland always a result of some bizarre twist 😡.
Waise bhi marriage and commitment is fast losing its worth among the young generation and this crap dished out on TV in every show just makes me mad.
Now coming back to the article, BHAT exactly is this :"Our source says, "Shaurya will deny at the last moment to marry Durag and will want her to live life happily after marriage. He will ask her to marry Dev (Bhuvnesh Maan) instead of sacrificing her love."
If she marries Dev n not Shourya who she claims to love isn't she infact sacrificing her love??😕
Day by day IF articles are making less to absolutely no sense.

Meens, had stopped watching this. but caught today's episode just to see Sakshi's wedding jewelry. Absolutely gorgeous. The saree, the kuden set. ⭐️
