Did any of you see the Banjaara song promo for Ek Villain? Ugh Shraddha is overacting sooo much! 🤢 Totally fake! She looks so self-aware and like she is putting on a show for the camera because she thinks she is supposed to be overly bubbly. Like honestly even my least favorite tv actresses come across as more genuine when trying to do the bubbly thing. Even the scenes were so cliched... especially feeding old people cake (they don't need your help go away) and arguing with a man about the price or quality of work or something... yaaawn. I was thoroughly annoyed by that video, like I wanted to punch her out of the screen. 😆

^^I haven't seen Banjaara but I saw the Galliyan song. She was this hyper girl there too trying to give that 'wide eyed expression' but at least there were some expressions and I understood what the scene conveyed.. much better than the Ashiqui 2 songs where she was just so lifeless and expressionless.

Shraddha is really, really bland.

It drives me crazy how people like her end up getting so many movies! Either she is totally dead onscreen (even her eyes are dead sometimes!) or sooo far over the top and trying way too hard. It's like she doesn't know how to act at all. Her screen presence isn't even particularly enjoyable or pleasant enough to excuse that.

@bold: The first actress that comes to my mind is Yami Gautam.. she is so much better than Shraddha- glamorous as well as can act better- but doesn't have really have good offers in her kitty.😔

Whatever one says, outsiders don't really have a chance unless they have some support from the industry, either in the form of contacts or a talent management firm of some big production house. Talent is just NOT enough.

Do any of you have a celeb/couple whom you don't want to like but end up liking anyways?

If that is confusing then here is my example: the couple I secretly / now-not-so-secretly fangirl over is RanKat. I don't even know why I like them together, but I sooo do! 😆 I generally like Katrina but don't quite like Ranbir too much (I go back and forth on him lol), but for some reason I just really like the idea of them being together, even though I don't want to. In my head, she (and every other woman) deserves better than a wishy-washy partner like him. Yet, when the pictures of them at the beach and going to the Diwali party last year came out I was so oddly excited that I surprised myself. 😆

BTW, I read the story of 'I saw the Devil' on which Ek villain is based. Ab nahi dekhungi movie. (Waise bhi nahi dekhne wali thi) 😆

For me it's Ranveer Singh I guess.. in video interviews he goes so overboard that I'm like 'Oh god no, he's too much for me, yeh mera type ka nahi re'😆.. plus his hair🤢... I feel I will start liking him 10 times more if he just shampoos his hair, as of now it looks so yucky and ewwwy and the gelled look doesn't go well at all especially cos his hair is brown.. I don't know what but gel +brown = bad combo according to me.. I don't want to write more as I think I have grossed you out already.😆 Plus that oily beefed up body during Ram Leela.. 😵 And yes, too much of that sex talk also puts me off.🤢 Arjun is funny too but he knows where to draw a line. Ranveer ki toh koi limit hi nahi hai.

But sometimes when I read his interviews I'm like 'yeh banda bada honest hai, no unnecessary show off and all.. loves his fans and is actually down to earth'.. plus he seems to have been good to Sushant so far.. so yeah.. that is also a point.😆 Basically he doesn't come off as a snob unlike the others in the younger lot..

Why is that leads of all show targeted ..everyone is called arrogant lol
