Saurabh Tewariand Abhinav Shukla's association via Nautanki Telefilms has entertained viewers with shows likeMadhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, Do Dil.. Ek Jaan, Rang Rasiya. But now the association is no longer valid as the partners have split.

We now get to understand that Saurabh Tewari has moved on to form his own company which has been named Tequila Shot Productions'. As per sources, Saurabh will be the sole owner and will have no tie-ups.

A reliable source tells us that Saurabh has in fact chalked out clear-cut plans for his newly formed company, and that he already has two shows on television in the pipeline. The shows will be going on floors in the next two months. In addition to this, Tequila Shot Productions also has plans to make a movie, which will be a romcom with known Bollywood names. The movie is scheduled to go on floors this October, as per our source.

When contacted, Saurabh Tewari asked us to call him later.

For the uninitiated, Saurabh and Abhinav's Nautanki Films will continue to helm their ongoing shows on Colors,Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek JunoonandRang Rasiya. They have also produced a movieIkkis Topon Ki Salaamiwhich is on the verge of release. After their ongoing current projects end, the duo will work separately.

We will keep you updated on Saurabh's next big project on TV.
