I know the french , have been to France , studied in UK and know what kind of crowd resides there.

French are too uppity .

Greece is sunny and balmy and ppl are loud , they enjoy their food and alcohol too much and that is what I love about that place.

I have been to Corfu and Santorini.

Santorini was one of the best rips ever.

I am a water baby, you have no idea how much I love beaches.

Woman are always blamed ..

there is a recent case in KSA.

A father killed his 17 years old daughter because she was caught with a 4 men, he killed her without knowing if it was rape or she went with them willingly.( I'm sure it was rape!)

I was reading the news and I read the readers comments .. I was shocked !

about 90% of the readers were justifying what the father did , saying that killing her better than bearing what people will said about her and her family. and some of them sympathies with father!

most of them didn't talk about the 4 adult men who exploited a teenager !!

Many societies encourage these psycho perverts !

To be honest Mehak, it doesn't. When people freak out, they stop living normal lives. Let's think about this rationally for a second. Delhi is a city of over 10 million people. It is absolutely unreasonable to expect that absolutely no crime would ever be committed in a city of this size.

Do you think every time there's a murder or assault, people should just sit cowering in their homes, worried sick about what would happen to them? Should parents stop sending their kids to school after Newton? Or did NY collapse after 9/11?

But unfortunately the media coverage in India is so sensationalistic (you have no idea - banner headlines in newspaper, non-stop reporting in 24 hour news channels) that it freaks people out.

😆 Yes, the French are on their own special trip.

Greece has a special place in my heart. Santorini is gorgeous - it's a very special island. We spent a week in Santorini last year and everything was great. The vineyards, the views of the caldera, the food and the churches.

If you love beaches, then you should go to some of the other Cyclades islands in Greece. Go to Paros - it has gorgeous beaches. Wait, let me post a pic
