@Anu: LOL I knew it, it was printed in news papers quite a lot of times and it was obvious that Isha came to cheer for Zaheer Khan when the camera focused on her during the final. But the strangest rumor doing rounds nowadays is that Yuvi is dating Ameesha Patel! I don't know what to say if this is true :S. I just feel like saying this to Yuvi-

"Yuvi, we all know that you have the right to choose your partner and all but seriously dude, you can do a lot better. Pause and think where you are heading, first Kim Sharma and now Ameesha (perhaps), no wonder your mom doesn't approve of your choices , nobody would! Just think , if you date Ameesha, you will be forced to socialize with her brother Aaasshhh-mittt and his (rumored) gf Veena Malik, what will you do during India-Pak matches then? *shakes head* Ultimately, your only option left would be acting in Mahesh Bhatt/Vikram Bhatt's 'bold' movies where , in case you think you will be lucky enough to smooch hot chicks, you will bite the dust because they already have their in-house serial kisser Emraan Hashmi to do that job or end up in big boss where your only job would be to abuse everyone or cozy up to some Veena Malik type (yeah, unfortunately for you, Shilpa is married and KRK scared poor Claudia away)! Do you REALLY need this Mr. Yuvraj Singh? Seriously fella, if things get that bad and you feel THAT hopeless (which IMO you needn't considering your talent - I am strictly referring to the on-field one), we will have a swayamvar for you on TV ."

Even Zaheer's choice is decent.....that Isha Sharvani is a great dancer atleast.....lol....while Yuvi beta can only think of C grade starlets to date *shakes head*

@Anu : I KNOW- I think Yuvi dates such chicks purposefully, may be they make him feel smarter in comparison although Ameesha MAY BE intelligent 'coz there was some news about her being a gold medalist in economics or something. I think she is about 7-8 years older than him even though she doesn't look like that, Yuvi's mom should take it on herself to find a bride for him. Suddenly, I have so much respect for Dhoni, he put an end to all those rumors linking him to every chick he meets by getting married- that was seriously THE Dhoni-way to make people STFU! LOL

LMAO true.....I guess that's why most guys prefer bimbos in general.....they can't HANDLE intelligent women naa ;-)

Yeah this Amisha Patel is a gold medalist in econ so maybe she is smart....lol....but she's just so TRASHY otherwise.....bad pairing.

LOL I think Yuvi will also meekly end up marrying whichever woman his Mom chooses for him.....all these mama's boys will run around sowing wild oats but in the end just go along with whatever Mommy dearest says....lol

But given his extremely publicly colorful reputation.....which respectable, intelligent chick will marry him? :P haha.....guess it will probably be some gharelu, homely, simple ladki only.....lol....good luck to his Mom with THAT search :P

Dhoni has more tact than Yuvi waise bhi......Yuvi ka toh pata nahin kya hoga....rab hi raakha hai....LOL

BTW LadyM, I have been following Khote Sikkey, it started off on a great note and I think the guy who plays the cop is doing a very good job. Rest of the cast is doing a good job too I think but they are not sassy and lack spunk and kind of wit which I feel is needed for the show. However, they are not a bad caste or anything, given our TV shows, they are definitely a great option and the initial episodes had some really excellent cases I think but off-late it is turning into some kind of American crime show aping show . For starters, I don't like Hameer-Uttara /Dilnaaz-Ayush love angles, I honestly expected more out of Dilnaz's characterization, she started off well but they turned her into some kind of bimbo , I thought Dilnaaz was the rebellious tomboy type while Uttara would be the hot chick type :S. The recent cases have not been very impressive honestly, what do you think?

You know what, I agree!

The problem with KS and all other serials like KS is that:

1) They try to copy the American shows
2) The makers cannot develop the characters very well. Even in a crime story, it is essential to develop the characters without which the story lacks soul. What better example than apna BnB? While we may argue that recently it has been a little lackluster, but nevertheless it kept us hooked on for 5-6 seasons, which is not a small feat! The cases after a while become an afterthought and one needs strong characterization to keep the story moving. Which is why serials like Leverage kinda fell off my radar. Despite boasting an impressive star cast, Leverage couldn't hold my interest because the cases were same old same old, beyond a point.
3) Hameer-Uttara - no comments
4) I was actually rooting for Ayush-Dilnaaz had Dilnaaz kept up with her tomboy act and Ayush his nerdy act. Well Ayush is still nerdy, but Dilnaaz comes across as a wanna-be chick these days. I actually liked the nerdy guy, tough girl pairing, but Dilnaaz has not been able to sustain my interest these days.
5) I have no clue what Mohit's role is - apart from being an occasional drunk he just wants to "rock and roll"
6) Hameer seems to be the unsaid leader with lesser evils and overhead. But that still doesn't account for his specialty, apart from being a shrewd player and poker faced in tough situations.

I like Deshmukh and Patil the best. Deshmukh too gets repetitive at times. Not the actor's fault, but the scripts'.

But still it is one of the better serial out there these days :-)

LOL, koi na koi mil hee jaayegi , if not for his reputation, at least for his money and fame. It is not like many people have scruples nowadays *shrugs*

If Ameesha, indeed turns out to be smart, then rest assured this relationship (if there is one) will not last long lol

Kavya - RE: note to Yuvi - You are too good Kavya 😆 ... very funny indeed! And Amisha would be better off pursuing economics ... *sigh* only if people learned that sometimes following your heart doesn't necessarily make you "Phunshuk Wangdu" ...

LadyM/Kavya: Regarding the Khotey Sikkey discussion.....I haven't watched the show for more than 10 minutes of one epi but honestly nothing GRIPPED me......and the reason for that in a nutshell is uninteresting character development.....nothing GRIPPING or ENGAGING about it....as if they are just 2 dimensional chess pieces that just EXIST for the heck of it to "solve" the "cool" cases, I don't really feel much motivation to watch....my attention isn't held.

If I was watching this in passing on TV, I might have given it a shot but I just don't have the time to YT it and catch up and actually make that kind of effort.....doesn't seem worth that kind of effort either.......lol

Most shows these firstly don't even bother with giving LAYERS to their characters....making them well rounded and exploring them from various angles.....everything is about the textbook gimmicks *yawns*

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

So the one MAJOR requirement for a woman to last in a relationship with Yuvi is that she MUST be a BIMBO.....NO BRAIN MATTER IS A MUST......or need not apply🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Anu - forget about giving layers to the characters, these characters are not even properly developed to be called one-dimensional! I think the makers were confused mid-way and decided to factor in more coolness *rolls eyes* to bring pizzazz to the gritty cases rather than focus on character development. I think only Ayush's character, as a computer hacker, is credible. The rest of the gang looks baffled.
