Ohh cool then! You know what? I think we have such quality shows on TV as we do nowadays because of the daily soap system. After a point all the ideas of the makers get exhausted as these shows run for very long periods of time and since they have to keep them going despite that, most often they either drag or compromise on the content or totally digress from the basic theme with which they began the show. Now that the audience are used to the Mon-Fri routine it will not do to suddenly make all the shows weekly either. I think that in order to ensure good quality content as well as have a show on air daily these daily soap makers should set definite time periods to run their shows irrespective of whether they are successful or not and pen the script accordingly. For instance if a production house A is planning on a new show they should decide that this show will run for a maximum of two years airing five days a week and depending on that they should pen the script with appropriate tracks based on the theme of the show and after two years even if the show is still loved by the audience and audience want to see it more, it should be taken off air as per the plan. This kind of approach will ensure quality content minus the dragging and digression which are synonymous with the daily soap trend in general.

@Mash: Yeah I know they're the leads....but I didn't previously know about Kavi playing a father in it.

Yes it's true that watching any small bit of a R.com epi also makes a person quite nostalgic. Happens to me as well.

@Nimrah: Hey :-) I haven't seen that movie you're mentioning....never heard of it either :S

If they are such quality shows, then why is their true worth not realized? Why is R.com not being brought back? I don't think any of these channels will grow a brain anytime soon. So I don't think there is any fool-proof system to ensure that there will be "quality content" on air for sure.

Mehh. For some reason, even I'm not interested in the YRF show. I WILL watch it.. but I'm not excited.. 😕 I just want R.com! 😛

Actually yeah, this movie is a comedy movie.. It was very good.. but its criminally underrated.. Nobody has seen this movie.. Its just me and my brother! 😆

@Nimrah: btw did you see John on SRGMP yesterday? I dunno what's happened to him but overnight only seems to have beefed up a lot :S.....his arms look HUGE now.....hulk types.

Anyways he kissed one girl on the cheek....that Sugandha....I'm surprised she didn't faint on the spot.

A.R. Rahman was also there.....good singing overall in the epi but marred by a lot of OTT nautanki by the mentors *rolls eyes*

Oh and Harnoor ladaaoed panja with John and actually beat him...lol

I don't think he's playing a father to the leads.....he's probably playing a young father in a supporting role somehow.
