Sarah watched the epi!!! *dies with shock*

Keeping the melodrama aside, I m so happy you watched it...EEEEEEEEE!!! It's one of the best epi of Bones. Every one of them was brilliant in It. It was such an emotional epi...and brilliantly written....From Hodgins-Brennan bonding and coming up ways to survive to Booth's and the rest of the team's concern.....It's an epi you can watch over and over again...

Angela-Hodgins were quiet cute at that time...Hodgins did a lot of sweet things for her....ANDDDD You don't question how Zack do ANYTHING, baby! Hey did you see that scene where Booth scared the sh*t out of that writer by warning him about 'his partner'...man oh man *fans myself* what a HOT scene that was!

And now that you have successfully accomplished the mission impossible...let me recommend you one more epi. Season one epi 15...This is when they first sang 'Hot Blooded' and hugged for the FIRST time. It's another classic! 😃

LadyM: I have a question about SGP...I managed to watch uptill April 19th.....Why did Suhana agree to marry Ishan after she fainted in the mandap upon realizing that she's marrying him?? The vid I was watching cut off that part so I'm confused a bit.....I gathered from the flashbacks that she did it cuz she kept remembering her Dad asking her not to let him down and how much faith he has in her.....but even then, by Suhana standards, she still went through the entire proceeding in a pretty docile manner...LOL....so what conversation did she have with her sister and her friends in the room when she first refuses to marry Ishan??

P.S. LOVING the character development more and more.....everyone has amazing shades to them....you can't slot any character in a standard way....they constantly surprise you with the new aspects revealed to them. Oh I loved the scene b/w Meethi and Suhana during her first day in the house.....it's the same girl who played Chaahat in Kis Desh....LOL....she's so adorable! And it was nice to see Suhana smiling for a bit with her.....and I also liked how they showed the scene when Suhana tells Ishan she doesn't accept the marriage....especially cuz it alternated b/w Suhana crying and pulling on Ishan's sleeve and asking him why he agreed to marry her and then saying that it's all a mistake and she's going to leave.....I love how I don't feel like taking sides...I can understand both characters in that moment....that's the mark of a well written story :-)

And wow, Radha bua's past is really traumatic....I can't even imagine what she went through.....on a different note though.....I loved how she was upset with dada-daadi for mentioning her son just before Suhana-Ishan were about to arrive back at the house and later on when she's sulking in a corner, Daadi walks over and tells her ki badon ki baaton ka bura nahin maante aise and ultimately RB smiles and gives in....every moment is so naturally shown :-)

P.P.S The letter that Suhana's mom wrote to her was so emotional...and I felt really bad for Ishan in the latter portion of the 19th April epi when he's walking by himself in the streets in the wee hours of the morning and remembering how much in love Elesh-Disha and Inder-Rajni are.

This is THE best Bones epi ever, dude....THE BEST....it ranks right on top in any poll conducted on Bones epis.....the entire kidnapping and being buried underground bit with Brennan-Hodgins was brilliantly shown....and Booth's single minded concern for Brennan was out of this world.....this is what I love about this show....they don't say anything to each other but their actions show more than ever how much they love each other.

Can't say I disagree! It really was a very engaging and emotional episode. I didn't know Booth cared this much about Brennan in season two though. His anxiety and desperation to dig her out came as a pleasant surprise because I thought BnB didn't reach THAT level of mutual adoration until much later in the series - like perhaps around late season three / early four.

As for Hodgins-Angela....at that point, they were both aware of their attraction towards each other I think but the audience was shown for the first time how much Hodgins really madly loves Angela....and that was amazing to see.....

Aww, that was the first time we saw Hodgin's feelings coming out in the open? How sweet! Oh and "sweet" reminds me - why wasn't Sweets in this episode? When was his character introduced on the show?

As for how Zack found them....if you noticed carefully about what he was talking about....he mentioned a particular isotope of the element that Hodgins had sent them through the code....and that isotope was only found in that abandoned mine on the east coast....that is how they narrowed the area down based on the probable options.

Ah, I get it now. I must've missed that line when he said it. Thanks!

Their views are poles apart on many issues....this being one of the main ones, yes....and they both stick firmly to their beliefs....yet whenever they discuss these kind of things...there is a poignancy....Booth is more of an idealist that way and while Brennan may not always agree....she admires him for that quality nevertheless.

I noticed that in the episode. One could tell by Brennan's expressions that she clearly thought the God concept was a delusion but at the very same time she was respectful of Booth's beliefs. It's nice that neither of them tries to impose their views about religion on the other. I don't know if you've ever felt this but based on the episodes that I've watched, I think somewhere deep down inside Brennan does occasionally find the idea of fate/destiny/miracles appealing. However, it goes completely against her scientific beliefs so she dismisses it rather quickly.

Regarding Booth and Cam - So she was his ex and they rekindled their relationship? Now that's something I never imagined! I'm glad they kept Cam as a permanent character ... I like her. I'm curious though, about how she never feels awkward while shipping BnB. I can't imagine myself working with a man I used to date and then going EEEEEEE about the same man's undying love for my co-worker. 😆

Word! The team effort was what I liked best. Every single character made a contribution there. What sets it apart from the other cases is that usually, the main characters aren't emotionally attached to the victims. It's all professional. This time it was personal for them. That brought out an intense level of drama and emotions. I especially loved how Brennan and Hodgins worked together to survive. Their bonding was very endearing to watch.

It was so totally hot! It was so sudden that I was like "Woah, did Booth just do that?!" I love watching hotties in action. :P

LOL, you don't question Zack? Is he supposed to be like a super smart and nerdy character?

Ooooh first hug? *excited* Thanks for the recommendation!

If you don't mind, can you tell me the name or number of the episode from season four when the Grave Digger returned? I want to finish watching that one first before the trial episode airs on Wednesay.
Then I'll watch the hug epi. :-)

@Sarah: But the thing to realize is.....there have been many epis in each season which show how much BnB mean to each other.....how they are willing to do anything for each other....if you think THIS was too much of a level of concern from Booth, I guess season one would surprise you even more then cuz he was just as concerned about her back then too.....the only things that happened in season 3/4 are that they showed the more romantic implications of their feelings for each other.....they kissed in season 3 and by the end of season 4/beginning season 5, Booth realizes that he's in love with her. The feelings have always been there.....there has been DENIAL on both sides for a long time....Booth emerged from that denial in season 5 but Brennan is still too scared to really accept her feelings.

Sweets entered the show in season 4....lol....so he's a pretty recent addition to the show that way.

As for Cam not feeling awkward about her past with Booth and shipping BnB pretty happily.....you have to have watched her character over the seasons to understand that....she likes Booth and probably loves him as a friend more than anything else....they both have a level of affection for each other but neither were her feelings for Booth ever that 'love you forever' types nor were Booth's for her.....plus knowing Booth as well as she does, she can see more than many ppl who know him probably how very much he loves Brennan....so there were no hard feelings really.....LOL I guess this doesn't sound as convincing on paper....if you watched the epis around that time, it would make sense to you.

*Edit: LOL you really are prepping up for this Gravedigger trial epi well, haan??😆😆

The Gravedigger epi in season 4 was called "Hero in the Hold"....hope that helps.

*dissolves in a puddle of laughter* 🤣🤣

That is not even the best part. The best part is that some fangirls actually BUY this purity charade of hers! And the excuses they come up with are funny ... "Well she's just dressed scantily. It doesn't mean that she isn't religious." LMAO! 🤣

LOL where did you interact with Miley fangirls, Sarah?? Is this girl really worth that much discussion??? That 'party in the U.S.A' song of hers is beyond lame and pathetic...that's about all I know....other than that, I'm not aware of much about her.

@ Anu - So their concern for each other has always been this deep? I wasn't aware of that. I thought they were just good friends/colleagues at first and then their feelings slowly started to show in season three. What you said makes more sense - the concern/denial has been there since day one, but the romantic implications started in season three. Then came Booth's realization and acceptance of denial, while Miss Compartmentalization is still yet to attain that. 😆

I kind of get the Cam-Booth stuff but I guess I'll have to watch it to get the whole picture. I've seen stories like these on American soaps - people date, break up, remain friends and ship their exes with other people. It's much easier to understand on screen than on paper, so I totally get your point.

LOL yes, I'd like to do my homework for the trial episode. Thanks for the name of the season 4 wala Grave Digger episode! :D

I never interacted with the Miley fangirls (thank god for that) but I've seen comments on YT for that lame ass Party In The USA music video and other vids of hers. This girl truly isn't worth discussion - but damn, the amount of hype surrounding her all the frickin' time and her mahaan antics regarding religion/sex/nudity/etc are worth mocking at times. :P

Sarah, I wouldn't say the concern was always that deep....but yes there was a lot of depth since season one only....and in every season since, the depth grew it in it's own way....the feelings continued to deepen in a beautiful, subtle, steady manner.....In situations where either one of them is in danger....like these Gravedigger epis, or the season one epi that Mash mentioned to you....and even other epis in the other seasons....those feelings emerge more overtly....but they are always simmering under the surface constantly.

LOL I've never even seen a Miley vid on YT so I don't really know what her fangirls say....and I dunno her views on religion/sex etc. either....she just bores me as a personality so I couldn't care less....lol
