Chapter 2(B)
As said,rey never came to her to talk and wander around her,he dint disturb her further.Taani also took it lightly as he dint bother her,she also dint bother him.Rey dint miss any chance to admire her,he used to go to watch her play BB.He used to watch her in canteen,in college corridors talking with her friend,sharon.He watched her sipping her favourite hot chocolate.
Her dressing,her smiles and her facial expressions,
but in all these he always admired and got lost in her from far but never went near her.Taani also watched him with his friends laughing,talking with them and playing BB but she dint let him notice that she was watching him.Sharon was seeing all this and was happy atleast that her bestie is slowly coming out of her shell.She even told this to swayam about rey,how they both used to fight and how they are now.Swayam is like a second friend of taani other than sharon,who knows her and her emotions,she always saw a brother in him.She always wanted a brother who would support her and protect her but being the only child,she is glad that she got brotherly friend.

Taani and rey were walking towards their class,taani walking sharon and rey walking alone browsing his phone.They were coming the opposite direction.They both came infront of each other.They both stopped what they were doing to look up,both were lost for a moment and smiled.Taani moved towards left to leave,whereas rey also did the same.Both smiled and moved towards right,again they were about to clash but in all this,rey's girl fans rushed towards him and banged into him making him stumble,he restored his position but his bag fell down.Taani bent down to pick up the bag and few papers which fell down whereas rey was busy in trying to get rid of the girls.Taani picked up and papers to see and got to see those are member cards of few women and girl child empowernment societies.She smiled at them and glanced at him to give a happy smile and put them in his bag and arranged it
properly.Finally pushing those girls,rey turned for his bag only to find with taani.He smiled at her as she handed back his bag and she gave a wide smile at him.Sharon who was watching all this,nudged taani and both turned to leave but after walking little rey turned back to look at her and found her walking away with sharon.He smiled and turned to leave whereas taani looked back at his retreating back and smiled back as she continued walking away.

Taani and sharon in canteen in lunch hour having lunch.Rey came there and placed his order alone,his friends left to stick with their chicks.He frowned as he found all the seats occupied and as usual found an empty seat at taani's table.But he dint wanna go there and disturb so he turned away.Sharon who had seen him as taani's back was facing him called out for him and asked him to join them.He slowly came there taking baby steps and sat beside sharon's chair away from taani.
Taani also dint object like last time.He smiled at her as she looked at him.Taani returned back his gesture and continued talking with sharon whereas rey munched his burger gazing rather adoring her.Taani looked at the duo and stared at rey as sharon and rey started talking smiling all the way.Both of them looked at taani who looked angry as both of them pretended to forget that she is there.Rey laughed at her as taani tried to gain there attention by putting her hands in between their faces.She pouted as sharon sticked her tongue out teasing her all the way rey trying hard to control seeing her cute baby pouty face.He just wondered how can she be so cute and beautiful at the same time?He then noticed ketchup near her lips and signalled her to wipe it off and she picked up the tissue as he directed her where to wipe.At last she wiped it off with his help and sharon winked at her teasing.She blushed and looked down at her plate whereas rey smirked at her antics.

Taani was running in the corridor as she was trying to escape from sharon.Few minutes back she teased sharon about SwaRon texts when she looked into sharon phone.Sharon chased her as taani was badly teasing her and ran away
taking her phone.Rey on the other side was trying to escape from his girl-fans.Both were running without looking where
they were going.Taani hid in Fire Escape as she saw sharon searching for her.Rey looking for hiding place rushed into FE
same time.Both banged into each other as the the doors of the FE closed which resulted in taani slipping on the stairs.
Rey caught her by her waist to save as taani clutched his shirt tightly with one hand whereas her other hand was around
his neck for support.Taani slowly opened her eyes only to see rey looking at her with love.Both of them were lost in each
other as rey held her protectively.Their trance was broken when they heard girls shouting and searching for rey.
Rey slowly made her stand properly as taani tucked her hair strand behind her ear.How he wished he did that?
Taani blushed and averted her gaze from him as she found him staring at her.Rey also looked away as he felt her nervous under his gaze.Both of them looked at each other and smiled.Rey and taani peeped from the door only to find
sharon and other girls near to them and both laughed silently seeing them search for them.Rey held taani's hand tightly
as he saw those girls coming FE.Taani looked at him and their interwined hands and blushed red.Rey slowly peeped again
only to find them gone,he then looked at taani to find her staring at their hands and looked up to him.He also
blushed little and looked up at her.Hair was coming on her face and his hands itched to tucked those back.He slowly
lifted his other hand and touched her face slowly as he tucked those strands back smoothly.All the while both of
them lost in each others eyes.Later he released her hand and she gave a shy smile to him whereas he stared at her
intently.He did a happy dance in his mind as she gave that shy smile.Now his mind and heart are far away from that bet.He totally forgot that he should pretend to love her but he is actually falling for her.Taani unknown to all these was slowly trying to accept her feeling for him.
