He was born on 16th March 1985 in Indore,Madhya Pradesh. He loved dance through his life but due to anonymous reasons couldn't get training. He soon started teching dance, mainly freestyle hip-hop, at a private school in Indore. 2 years before he auditioned for Dance India Dance 2,he came to Mumbai to make it big. Surviving here was exceptionally difficult for him as he was untrained and he wanted to make it big in dance, but as in any field, dance too was a place where trained proffesionals were given preference over untrained performers - no matter how talented. And there was no dearth of trained 'proffessionals ' in Mumbai too,who unfortunately shared the same dream as him. He took the beating - they enjoyed fame and success. Hardly anyone knew that a talent who could change the Indian dance scene forever even EXISTED. A little later he was in such a critical condition in mumbai that it had become a matter of life and death. Then he met Dharmesh Yelande, the runner-up of Dance India Dance 2,who was already a mediocrely established choreographer.. He was the one who stood by him... Then in December 2009 both of them auditioned for Dance India Dance in Mumbai and got selected. After that his fairy tale journey continued, as he came 5th and got 3 awards on the show - the most except for Shakti Mohan, the winner of the show and his rumoured girlfriend, who also won 3 awards including the 'Sunheri topi' - the winner's prize. Now he is a youth icon and has millions of fans over the world, From his life we get to know that life's other name is struggle. If we want to achieve our dream and have the will and talent to do so - then even the man up there can't stop us.
His tale speaks of passion, struggle and inspiration. But behind this new tale of glamour and success, lies the most down-to-earth and humble celebrity that the world , or atleast India, has ever seen.
And Today he is celebrating his 28th birthday... May all his dream comes true ? ?
