btw dont use tht name otherwise mods yeh pthread bhi band kar denge naya naam sochna padega. i read somebody suggested cheeta which is pretty good

Basically a law which declares J&K as special state which needs special attention. But in reality is misued to curb peoples basic fundamental rights.
