But finally its akbar or chandra gupta only who fought wars and won huge kingdoms

If they were so bad admins and warriors that they needed wives to guide them they would have lost kingdoms long back

Its no joke ruling over huge subcontinents and starting from scratch

Atleast Akbar was already royal, his dad was king but chandra he was just an orphan peasant boy, its no joke to defeat so many great kings in war and become an emperor

The feat cannot be compared to anyone in 21st century neither business man like bill gates or steve job or politicians too

I think if truly some woman requires credit for Akbar success it can be apart from maham anga his own mother hamida banu who lost her husband so young, child so small yet stood rock behind him thru up and down and even an ruqaiah who was with him thru thick and thin,in chandras life it must be his wife dhurudhara who married him before becoming king or emperor while he was constantly on run. Apart from these two women no jodha, nandini etc require any credit as they have not been with them thru tough times. They just enjoyed fruits of husband hard work much later. They did not have to run and hide from enemies, risk lives after war defeats etc. As far as guiding in administration was concerned, they had set of ministers to guide them. If you read books on harem it was clear the women lived secluded life in pardah without much access to outside world, so how can they be involved in politics and admin to large extent? Chankya too was clever enough to guide chandra and no wife would truly be guiding him too.

why cannot we give credit to jodha - being a Hindu wife - she did manage to earn a place in Akbar life- he is not mad to build special palace to jodha - she sacrificed her life- she was allowed to follow her religion - why do you think there was special corridor in Agra which was leading directly to akbar chamber - u & me will not know what exactly happened b/w them.😉😛

it is very difficult to earn place what jodha earned in abkar place - i dont think people like salima or hamida would have helped her the way they showed in serial.😭

as far as nandhini is concerned i dont see the connection - i feel chandra loved helena - i have not got the clarity yet - let me find out.

I beilive the person who had the guts to taunt Akbar in open court, can do anything in his life, for me Akbar is great bcoz he was a great learner and for his prudency. He was curious by nature, he took good things from others, he applied all those in his life, he did mistakes, he rectified it also. I beilive he had many person in his life to influence his thoughts and Jodha is surely one of them. and I'm happy with my beilives. About Nandini well no comment about any frictional character. Rest everyone has ones own beilive. 😊
