My darling Lashykanna,

What a delightful and unexpected treat, my pet! I am truly touched that immediately after the rush of getting your Chapter 19 out, you made time to wade thru so many of my overlong posts, and to comment on them so crisply and at times comically.

I thoroughly enjoyed all of it, and as I agree with 90% of it, I do not need to add anything much to it either. Which is something for which My overworked fingers would be duly grateful. I have not taken proper care of them of late, and they are getting their own back!😉 Such remarks as I wanted to add are in blue.

My dear Pakhi,

Thank you so much for such warm praise of my posts. It is only readers like you, when they write in and say that my analyses offer them a new perspective on what happens onscreen, who keep me going now, when I have bad problems with my rheumatic fingers.

I loved your story about the mother, the kid, the rice plate and Chandra. I had not heard it before. Yes, I am sure the marriage with Durdhara, who made her entry tonight and was very perky and bright, will come first, and then, I think, with Helena. Nandini should be No.3, the lucky one to capture his heart, exactly like the other No.3, Jodha!

My next post is up, so do take a look at it.

Dear aunt,
First of all a standing ovation for all the brilliant analyses for the show. I watch the show after reading your post. And I'm writing just to show the admiration.
Loved the chanakya chandra interaction.
The whole set up of the show at present highlights the fact that the guru and shishya are in a deep karmic connection with each other.
The shishya is busy doing bondgiri in Greek camp while chanakya is busy collecting troops for him. I was too happy not to see that Rahu ketu in the scenes. I wonder what mahapadmanand sees in that guy to handover nandini to him?
What I admired totally was the integrity of selucus character.
He behaved a sample true general to the core.
He said he can't wage a war for a personal reason and snubbed Helena for lack of this thought.
He again was giving a great advice to his master.

Yes the boy is in that state of mind where it is impossible to Harbour any feeling for Anybody.
He held Helena with deep regards but despite admiration he has also noted down the point that for herself she betrayed her people.
Chandra regards everything how ever precious it may be is inferior to motherland and her people.
Yes now I feel chandra will be in a avatar of warrior Prince and I remember reading a story when I was a kid..
A mom scolding her child who was eating rice and chandra was hiding in her house as he was in disguise. The boy happened to burn his hand as he tried to eat directly from the middle of the plate. Mom scolded him that don't try to be a chandra who is directly and unsuccessfully attacking magadh instead of Conquering and capturing the surrounding states.
Try eating from corners as it is cold there and you can easily eat, otherwise you will never be successful.
This changed the tactics of Chandra and by the time he captured magadh he already had some border states in control.
So perhaps me guessing as promos indicate probably chanakya already has fixed matrimonial alliances with some other states and chandra has subdued some and magadh the last to fall and nandini last entrant to the trio we are supposed to get along with minor queens.
Waiting for your next post..
Pakhi.

Of course there must be something here and there, my pet, for all that I try to weed them out. As for misspelled words, these days my fingers don't work as well for touch typing, and at times move erratically, so I have to check for those more than ever before.

So keep at it, my sweet, and you will surely land on something soon! 😉

Now I am going to bed, for I am tired and my poor weary fingers are even more so.Good night!

You know, my dear Ranjana, you have now made me feel self-conscious and almost nervous!😆 I usually spend more time editing and fine-tuning my posts than I do on the initial draft, but when I begin, I never know how any post is going to turn out. I just go with the flow.

But now that you have, with your professional editing expertise, concluded that my writing is flawless, it really scares me! I am beginning to wonder if some mistakes will now creep in inadvertently, and bring me crashing down from the pedestal on which you have placed me!😉

The only way out is for me to forget about all the praise you have lavished on my writing, and concentrate on the nitty gritty of my biweekly homework!

Jokes apart, my dear, thanks a million.🤗

Yes, and thanks for your very interesting explanation for the way Yudhishtira is. I could never stand him, nor the obsequiousness of his brothers towards him.

Shyamala Aunty

Oh dear, each time I try to make you feel better, I end up doing the opposite :(

Like Po (in the pre Dragon warrior stage) trying to do something good for Master Shifu 😒😆

Aunty, I will be more careful henceforth! I want to say I don't think you could make a mistake even if you willfully seek to make one 😆 But I won't say it now Dekho, I'm already learning 😉😆

As for Yudhishtira, I was ambivalent towards him until I happened to read the English translation of M.T. Vasudevan Nair's Randaamoozham (Second Turn). You might have read it. That book turned my ambivalence to revulsion 🤢😆

Shyamala Aunty, have you ever wondered what the reason for our obsequiousness towards you is?😃

That, you little wretch, is the very last word I would use to describe your collective behaviour. My choices would be, in no particular order: obstreperousness, cheekiness and mischievousness. Note that I have intentionally left out impertinence!

Never mind, no matter how naughty you are, I love you regardless!
