As for Chanakya, I would have wanted Manish Wadhwa seeing that Chandraprakash Dwivedi's take - I have that full 47 episode Chanakya set on 8 DVDs - would not work in this kind of show. But after watching Manoj Kolhatkar today, I think we will soon get used to him. He is perfectly competent, if not inspired. I think they will show the shapath properly; he is going to Magadha and will seek Padmanand's help - not Dhananand's of course - and will get turned down brutally. The shapath will follow that.

Yess after watching today Manoj K as chanakya I didn't thought of khallatak at all and after few episode we will get that he is chanakya
So well done manoj
But many are here making joke that how khallatak can become Chanakya and also had made a new thread on this
As you remember Aunty I had said Case forum and you had supported me on this
That I really like constructive criticism not distructive and He is not khallatak nor Chanakya He is Manoj a actor and this is what a actor work is to erase the character he played earlier from viewers mind and set a new standard for his/her new role
So I really feel bad when any actor is bashed or not accepted only by watching his previous work or initial few episodes

Yes, the first two episodes were Lousy with a capital L. Now things are slowly improving.

As I said, Ankit, don't bother about all these bashers at all. If they are still doing it after watching him last night, that means they simply like negativity. There is far more of that than positivity or constructive criticism in general, and one cannot get one's BP up over that.The viewers as a whole will surely like him.
