Last epi was far far better! Beast guy (Nand) thumped like King Kong all around as he kept hammering Main Magadh Samrat hoon, gaai bakri ek sath charna aur purush ka ek stri rakhna asambhav hai (welcome to 2016 dumbass! 😆 ) but best part was when he gave her back for cheating on her hubby! Karma, lady. That's what you get for cheating on a good naive guy. I wonder what's the appeal of King Kong, is it the beard? Or those abs? 🤔
Even I was thinking how come he don't force himself on Moora since he believes in parading harlots in and out of his life and a brute guy who has no regard for a woman who destroyed herself to make him king. Maybe it was matter of prestige, he wanted her to break so that she's forced to accept him, not forcing himself on her. I found Moora actress much more tolerable, rassi jal gayi par bal nahi gaya personified. A classic dramatic moment when she curses him to have a girl child and cue, the news. Though he looked more happy when that gold coins fell,the optimist in me feels he loved her the moment he saw her. 5 year old Nandini is cute. Her brothers are splitting image of her daddy dearest🐷
8 year old Chandra looked too soft for me, maybe I am too hungover on Ashoka kid 😆 that cliff climbing and honeybee scene was too dramatic for my taste but eh, whatever. I agree with your assessment
So it is not that this Chandra is either a stranger to, or an enemy of love. He rages against love precisely because he can, and does, love so deeply.
He loves his Mother so much that he takes suck risk for her and decides to go to Patliputra, yet the kid declares there is none in this world whom he can love and do anything for, nor will be. Ah, kids😆 you already are infected with Love bite. Rest Ekta mata will bring your great love of life who will make you Samrat *cough JA cough* When his mother said she is not leaving husband cause she loves him, I had a moment 'yeah, sure girl.' More like in those days leaving husband was not an option, I guess?
Precap CHANAKYA!!! not going to do a google search on the actor so let's home he's decent. None can top ndtv imagine chanakya but if he's even 10%, we are good. PS about that puzzle thingy, I think Ekta wanted to have a grand show and like you said, Akbar and Ashoka was done so she was left with CGM. She casted Rajat cause honestly, who else can pull off historical roles like him? Its his forte now after back to back shows 😆 she had been very smart with choosing the subject, there's practically nothing on CGM's love life on Nandini so she has lots of room for "creative decision". It won't be blasphemy like some of the things she did with JA but I do hope she don't make CGM all about his wifey. Men do have a personality except their wifeys, ya know Ekta?
