8th Jan – Written Update

In Rahul's bedroom, Marlyani is talking to someone on her mobile, telling them to make sure Rahul's name is not linked with the incident and that Anisa is dealt with accordingly, particularly as she has admitted to have been the one driving the car. Rahul begins to regain consciousness, and asks Marlyani if all is ok, as he cannot recall anything from last night. Marlyani reassures him; and as Rahul settles down to sleep, Marlyani rings the person back, telling them to make sure that Arjun doesn't learn of the incident or of Anisa's whereabouts! 😡

Arjun is having breakfast, when he sees "breaking news" on the TV (re: Rahul's car incident). Arjun is livid. He goes to Marlyani and demands to know the happenings. Marlyani continues to claim that Anisa was driving the car, and as a result is in lock-up. Arjun refuses to believe her; and then declares that he will handle all the issues himself, incl. Vanshika.

Anisa's mom is worried that it is nearly mid-morning and Anisa still hasn't returned home. Anisa's dad tries to calm her down but to no avail; eventually he volunteers to go to her workplace and meet with her/find out what happened.

The Guard enters the cell, handing-out the prisoners food; Anisa stops him and asks how she may get out, he tells her that considering she is all over the TV, he's sure some well-wisher will come to her rescue. Anisa is horrified and prays that her parents don't see the story.

Arjun gets a call from Vanshika - she asks abouts Rahul's health, having just seen the news on TV. Arjun tells her that Rahul had been on his way to meet her/apologise when he had the accident/etc. Vanshika argues that she cannot forgive Rahul, esp since P told her that Rahul had spent the previous night at his secretary's house. Arjun tells Vanshika that she's being fooled and insists that she pays Rahul a visit, whilst he will go and sort out those who are trying to break them up. (finally! ..be as RUTHLESS as possible with P!😉😳😆)

P sees Anisa's dad asking people about Anisa, she tells G that she will tell hin that she's in a police-cell, and has been since last night. G tries to convince her otherwise, but to no avail. As P approaches Anisa's dad, G interrupts and tells Anisa's dad that Anisa had to attend an important meeting this morning, but she will get her to call him as soon as she is free. As Anisa's dad leaves, P storms off too. G follows her and tries to explain that she did this to protect her as she fears that her doings will get back to Arjun.

The Guard calls out for Anisa, telling her that she has a visitor. Anisa fears it may be her parents. (my personal opinion is that its Arjun😉😳)
