My respect for SRK doubled..

I have never been an ardent fan of his but there is something very likeable about Sharukh Khan...

I didnt quite appreaciate his brand of humour at the filmfare awards and hadnt particularly liked him in OSO , the fact that it was such a big hit still irks me!

But y'day as I was watching IPL news on some channel I saw a clip that showed him boarding his team bus..the first thing the guy did was shake hands with the bus driver... a small gesture but requires a big heart...

my respect for him certainly increased after that...it reminded me of the scene from lage raho munna bhai where munnabhai advises the girl about judging the character of the boy whom she is meeting ..."judge him by the way he treats the people who are of less stature than him..."...

that just says it all...lage raho SRK!😊

I agree.. SRK might be a big star but he never forgets or acts proud when he meets anyone.. from all his shows and guest appearance you can see how humble and down-to-earth he is.. eventhough he knows that all eyes are on him.. he does forget those around him and takes his time to recognize them (even if it means congulation contestant or meeting and saying a few words to each and EVERY constant on the show)..

I know what you mean.. Although i love him as an actor and as a human!!

hey i am a very big fan of srk...d reason y i like him is his simplivity nd down 2 earth attitude...as u hv mentiond abt d comments or jokes he made in filmfare hey they shud be taken in a funny way nd not taken seriously....even srk in a recent interview on cnn ibn apologised if d jokes hurt any1...he is very sweet nd he jst doesnt mean 2 hurt any1

Thats one thing about SRk that never changed throughout his ascent .. He still remembers the ones who helped him climb the ladder of popularity and helped him through difficult times. And that is one of the reasons he is the king of hearts.

He might mock the ones who are on an equal stature BT thats his brand of humour and many ppl Like that.
However , he never looks down upon those below him in social status.

Also, whatever we might say abt his mocking others.. Atleast, He knows to Keep friends too (read ppl like Juhi, Kajol, YR banner etc) In spite of all odds. And He doesnt pretend to admire the ones he doesnt.

he is Upfront , he is brash Bt he is at the top and He knows it. And its not these sol called Respectable industrywallahs who have been subjected to his ridicule who are behind it.
So why shud he pretend he cares a damn for them??
Esp when he gets paid for being who he is

yes he is definetly king of hearts.....so humble and so down to earth.....I really respect him for that.....even ma father loves this humbleness of him....remember when he came in nach baliye and in the end he did shake hand with each and every crew member at the set....this is very big gesture and only noble hearts can do 👏
