yeah she admit it. Others go under knife and don't admit it. Anyways Ayesha can't lose some weight cuz she's built like that with that weight but she looked cute with it. I saw a video of her when she was young and skinny, she looked pretty there too.

I agree, Aishu. She looked very cute and it's not like she's not trying.. she can't do it. But I think she looks great like she is.. and doesn't need it, but her choice!

its obviously better to lose it naturally but at least she is upfront enough to say it..

so many actresses get liposuction done but how many actually admit it. i remember reading somewhere that even bipasa got lipo done bec she just couldn't manage to lose it all on her own.. who knows if kareena's loss is just bec of 'yoga' *snorts*, not eating at all or bec of doctor's help..

i like honesty. its refreshing to see it in movie stars 😛

she needs that surgery she does look fat which makes her look like little miss piggy the indian version. how can a acctress let herself go like that when you know your biggest asset is your looks when your in that kind of industry.
