And if she's not ready to bear with exercise/diet regime right now, how the heck does she expect herself to cope up with it after the surgical procedure? Gosh how thick can one get?

yeah Ayesha isn't even that fat,she probably won't even look that good if she lost it because she looks cute with that fat.well it's her choice.Good luck,but seriously why waste that much money when you have to try harder to loose that extra fat.I admit it is extremely hard to loose weight,but I don't think I would wanna lose it like that.I would much rather loose it naturally. What happens when she gains it again?Then there goes her money. I mean if you're extremely fat,and working out just doesn't work for you,then you should try the operation,otherwise,you should just workout and eat healthy.

im upset that she wants to get surgery...but hey atleast she has the guts to admit it...i mean im sure other actresses had afew surgeries to reduce fat....look at kareena dont u think she lost all that weight with some help from the doctors....
