It's like that achaar question somebody asked Rani. Not a great way to put it but he meant if she'd give in and try to become a 'typical' heroine in commercial cinema where the actress is supposed to look a certain way or if she'd stay the way she is and wait for projects that don't push such stereotypes, which more often than not are 'women centric '. You could say it's a rude question but it kinda makes sense given how somebody like Kajol who was known for being brown and 'natural' ended up looking a lot paler after staying away from the sun

Not fat shaming imo but yeah...
