I guess mediocore acting is considered talent nowadays. And let me guess...Your probably the same people who thought SRk's acting in Chak De was legendary

😆 😆 Looks like the new year washed out the definition of talent

Yes she is a natural. And u dont need to judge this based on one movie alone. Kareena's versatility as an actress shows what a stunning performer she is. She can play any role with conviction, and that takes talent. Her last performance was dolly mishra in omkara. These two characters are completely contrasting. We can go further back, and talk about her performance in Dev, Yuva, Aitraaz, or even further and talk about Chameli. Yes, she had a phase where she did pathetic characters with pathetic acting, like khushi, JSML, Talaash, MDK. But 2004 was her turnaround year. After that she has impressed me with every performance. And mind you, it takes talent to play an everyday character like Geet with so much power that it stays in one's mind.

Well you cant speak for everyone. Her character def didnt stay in MY mind.

There were MANY performances last year that were way better than Kareena's cheap act.

Tabu in Namesake was really good, and same with Aishwarya in Provoked. Although Im not sure if these movies can qualify for Indian awards....IMO they should.

But JWM didnt require any major skills. ANYONE could have done the role. ANYONE

Your opinion, so you have the right to believe it. But I do speak for the majority. And I strongly disagree with ANYONE being able to do that role. Many seasoned actors have said the hardest genre in cinema is comedy. Kareena has this spontaneity that's required for this kinda of performance. No other actress couldve made the impact she did.

i think it would be great shawn 89 if u could please stop questioning actresses like kareena's capability. she is a talented actress. and i think we r discussing this with regard to ur opinion, so please display ur opinion in wat scenes u thot tht she was not natural, and jst showed lil expressions....and cheap act?? 😕i would not use this phrase for kareena. there are better people judging everyone's performances much better than us! and just to clarify that tabu, and aishwariya in namesake and provoked, are not really bollywood movies, and only the actors are bollywood actors, so they would not be included in flimfare.

another thing, if there was other actrsses who are nominated are not really good in thier particular movies to give a tough fight to kareena.so i dun think there is anyone else who deserves it except her...

please dun bash me for this now...😕

Yeah, cheap was definitely not the word to describe her in JWM. Far from it.

👏 Kareena was FAB in the film! If anyone else wins it, that'll be a disappointment
