The Scene that embarrassed Darsheel Safary

Darsheel Safary , the child protagonist of Taare Zameen Par was very embarrassed while shooting one particular scene in the film.

The cute and naughty kid, who was selected for the role from Shiamak Davar's summer group, was quick at grasping acting tips from Aamir Khan. But when Aamir, also the film's director, asked Darsheel to sit on a toilet pot for a scene, the child actor said no.

Expectedly, Darsheel was very embarrassed at the thought of shooting the scene that would be seen by lots of people, including his friends, who would later tease him about it.

It took a lot of cajoling from Aamir to convince Darsheel that nobody would laugh at him. The kid shot the scene and it came out better than Aamir expected.

And now that the scene is a part of the film, Aamir has begun teasing Darsheel that he will have posters of the shot hung in Darsheel's colony.

'Taare Zameen Par' has Darsheel playing a dyslexic kid and Aamir plays an arts teacher in his school.
