Please refrain from bashing one another, some people are going to agree or disagree on Salman's verdict and in this thread every member is entitled to their own opinion, we can't change the verdict or someone's opinion, so please don't creat any fights.

he will be out or not is a different matter, but as an accused it is his consitutional right to get bail until his appeal is decided by the supreme court. right now though he is only in the high court. he has every right to get bail, as a citizen of a democratic country.

india's system of justice is more or less corrupted to the core. money, fame & political connections can ensure you get the best of justice.

yes, i do think sanjay dutt got out cos his sister priya dutt is a member of the ruling congress party. surely that will count for something won't it? and salman is probably going to get out of prison too either because of political connections or by bribing his way out.

and if i'm going to be called ignorant again, fine. so be it. that's not going to change my opinion even if people argue till they turn blue.😕

let's see the indian government handle a case of a film star fairly, then we can talk about who is ignorant & who isn't about the law.

@jigglypuff726- even tho i like Salman...i completely agree with you....agree or not....India speaks the language of money....you have money you cant save urself from anything....and even i agree that Salman will bribe his way out of the jail

Sanjay dutt got out on interim bail like yusuf nullwala, baba chauhan, zehbunnisa qazi, samir hingora , all co-accused and having no money because they were not handed out a copy of their judgements which is a violation of the criminal procedure code and consitutional right of a person when convicted. When they get their judgement copies they all including sanjay dutt will surrender and go to jail again.

Sanjay dutt never got bail because he has a sister who is into politics. if that was so why did all others who do not have money or political connections get bail along with him??

Salman Khan , if he had to bribe his way out of this he would never have been convicted or have gone into jail and you wouldn't have heard about the case ever again. Salman Khan will get bail, if he does, because he has the constitutional right to appeal and a right to bail until his appeal is decided.

So the question of bribing his way out does not arise.

Please dont talk to me about law here, I would say you are misinformed about how the law works in India. I have studied law and I know its procedures better than you do.

What is money?? Maybe some people buy their way out of cases by bribing, but then such people never, I mean never, get convicted but Sanjay dutt and Salman Khan have both been convicted. So the question of money or political connections do not arise here.

Infact in these cases their money has resulted in differential treatment to them and undue publicity which has jeopardized their defence.

I am not a blind fan, I am talking about facts and law here.

It is little too much to give someone 5 years prison term for killing a deer...please don't give me that India stands for justice. They are too busy trying to make a point on something so small where as it is still a land of social issues. Where as court could be spending time solving major issues they had to put salman in to jail for hunting.
However there are some dumb people who actually think Salman deserved jail term for this. I really pity you for your undeveloped thinking capacity.

shefali.. i never said you were a blind fan. facts & laws are made by men. these laws can be altered or twisted. money can even make new laws let alone alter old ones.

this same money is probably going to get salman & most probably every other rich person who commits a crime an easy way out of punishment.

fine, you know the law better than i do. but no one can deny that if you do the crime, you have to do the time.😊 haila.. this argument can go on forever & ever. so i'm just ending my argument in this thread with this post.😊

I disagree with the member who saying Salman will be out just because he has money? 😕 If money was the case, why would he even got the punishment? Priya being in politics. If that was the case why did sanjay dutt suffered all these years, his father also was politician. Salman and Sanjay getting punishment just because they are well-known celebrities. Saif, Sonali, tabu was also with Salman while the hunting. How come they didn't got punishment? Infact they have been forgotten as they were never part of it 😕 If money or politic was the case. Sanjay's and Salman's case would had been closed way before. Sanjay had to spend few weeks in jail, not just 3 weeks he's suffering since the case got filed.
